Claims (18)

第1の主表面および反対の第2の主表面と、前記第1の主表面と前記第2の主表面とを結合する互いに反対側になる二つの側部と、備え、
前記エラストマ部材は、前記第1の主表面および前記第2の主表面の中間部に延びる中央矢状平面と、前記中央矢状平面に対して垂直な横断平面と、を有し、
前記中央矢状平面および前記横断平面を二等分にする平面における断面形状において、前記エラストマ部材は、前記側部の両方に第1の厚さを、かつ前記横断平面とそろう前記エラストマ部材の中央に第2の厚さを有する、変化する厚さを有し、該変化する厚さは、前記第1の主表面及び第2の主表面の双方に沿って、前記側部の第1の方から前記横断平面へと発散するとともに、該横断平面から前記側部の第2の方に向けて収束し、
前記第2の厚さは前記第1の厚さより大きく、

前記下方プレート内にエラストマ材料を置くステップと、
前記上方プレートを前記下方プレートに合わせて、前記上方プレートの前記通路の各々1つを前記下方プレートの前記通路の各々1つと並べることで、複数の空所を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記上方プレートを前記下方プレートに合わせるステップは、圧力を印加して前記複数の空所内に前記エラストマ材料を分散させるステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 熱および圧力を前記上方プレートと前記下方プレートとに加えて、前記エラストマ材料を硬化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ材料を前記下方プレートに置くステップの前に、前記下方プレートを加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ材料は、スチレンブタジエンゴム、天然ゴム、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、エチレンアクリルエラストマ、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、またはポリクロロプレンゴムのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ハブの周りで同心であって、慣性部材によって前記ハブに押し付けられる、請求項1に記載のエラストマ部材を備える捩じれ振動ダンパ。
- 前記第1の厚さは少なくとも15%圧縮され、前記第2の厚さは最大で45%圧縮される、請求項14に記載の捩じれ振動ダンパ。
- 捩じれ振動ダンパのためのエラストマ部材であって、
エラストマ輪郭を有するエラストマ材料の環状リングであって、非圧縮状態において、回転の軸と平行な平面における断面で見たとき、第1の主表面および反対の第2の主表面と、前記第1の主表面と前記第2の主表面とを結合する互いに反対側になる二つの側部と、備え、前記エラストマ部材の前記第1の主表面と前記第2の主表面との中間部に延びる中央矢状平面と、前記中央矢状平面に対して垂直な横断平面と、を有し、前記エラストマ輪郭は、前記第1の主表面及び第2の主表面の双方に沿って前記側部の第1の方から前記横断平面へと発散するとともに該横断平面から前記側部の第2の方に向けて収束する変化する厚さを有し、これにより両方の前記側部における第1の厚さと、前記横断平面における第2の厚さと、を規定しており、
前記横断平面は、両方の前記側部の中間に配置され、かつ
前記第2の厚さは前記第1の厚さより大きく、
前記第1の主表面および前記第2の主表面の各々の長さに沿って材料のバリをさらに備え、前記材料のバリは、前記第1の主表面及び前記第2の主表面の各々の幅方向の中央に形成されている
エラストマ部材。 - 前記第1の厚さと前記第2の厚さとの間の移行は、前記側部のうちの第1の方における前記第1の厚さから前記第2の厚さへと、線形関数として徐々に変化する、請求項16に記載のエラストマ部材。
