Claims (2)
- 0.4重量%〜3重量%のAl含有量で金属間化合物および炭化析出物によって硬化されることができるマルテンサイト系鋼を製造する方法であって、C含有量が0.4重量%未満であり、Cr含有量が0.5重量%〜7重量%であり、Ni含有量が6重量%〜18重量%であり、Co含有量が4重量%〜18重量%であり、
最終熱成形パス用の熱成形温度が、前記鋼中の窒化アルミニウムの固体溶解温度未満であり、最終熱成形パス前の各熱成形パスの熱成形温度が、前記鋼中の窒化アルミニウムの固体溶解温度未満であり、前記最終熱成形パス後の各任意の熱処理用の熱処理温度が、前記鋼中の窒化アルミニウムの固体溶解温度未満であることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記鋼のAl含有量が、0.5重量%〜2重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
