Description

Claims (10)
- 流体を定量供給するためのシステムであって、前記流体用の容器および該容器と連結された供給装置を備え、前記容器が、形状保持用の外容器および該外容器と連結された可撓性の内容器を備え、前記内容器および前記外容器が、前記容器のネックまたはその近くで相互に連結されており、周囲雰囲気と流体連通される空間を、前記内容器と前記外容器との間に設けることができ、前記供給装置が、ハウジングおよび/またはフレームを含み、前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの少なくとも一部分が、前記容器と一体に形成されており、前記内容器または前記外容器の少なくとも一方が、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分を形成するように前記ネックを越えて延在している、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記外容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。
- 前記供給装置の一体化されていない部分が、前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に機械的に固定されている、ならびに/または
前記外容器がPETを含み、前記内容器がポリオレフィン、特にPEもしくはPPを含む、ならびに/または
前記供給装置が、複数の可動部分を備え、該可動部分の少なくとも1つが、前記容器と一体に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。 - 前記容器が、
射出成形とその後のブロー成形によって形成されている、または
共押出成形とその後のブロー成形によって形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の、流体を定量供給するためのシステム。 - 流体を定量供給するためのシステムを製造する方法であって、
前記流体用の容器を製造するステップであって、前記容器が、形状保持用の外容器および該外容器と連結された可撓性の内容器を備え、前記内容器および前記外容器が、前記容器のネックまたはその近くで相互に連結されている、ステップと、
ハウジングおよび/またはフレームを備える供給装置を製造するステップと、
前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てるステップと、を含み、
前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの少なくとも一部分が、前記容器と一体に形成されており、
前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記内容器または前記外容器の少なくとも一方が、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームの一体化された前記部分を構成するように前記ネックを越えて延在するよう、前記内容器または前記外容器の前記少なくとも一方を形成する工程を更に含み、
前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/または前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に、前記供給装置の一体化されていない部分を取り付ける工程を含む、方法。 - 前記容器を製造する前記ステップ中に、
前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記外容器と一体に形成される、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記容器を製造する前記ステップ中に、
前記供給装置の前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームの一体化された前記部分が、前記内容器と一体に形成される、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記ハウジングおよび/もしくは前記フレームのうち前記容器と一体に形成された前記部分に、前記供給装置の一体化されていない前記部分を機械的に固定する工程を含む、ならびに/または
前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、PETを含む材料から前記外容器を製造する工程と、ポリオレフィン、特にPEもしくはPPを含む材料から前記内容器を製造する工程とを含む、ならびに/または
前記供給装置が、複数の可動部分を備え、前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、前記可動部分の少なくとも1つを一体に形成する工程を含み、前記容器と前記供給装置を組み立てる前記ステップが、前記一体に形成された可動部分と前記供給装置の一体化されていない前記部分とを係合させる工程を含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記容器を製造する前記ステップが、
前記容器のプリフォームを射出成形し、次に前記プリフォームをブロー成形して前記容器にする工程を含む、または
多層管を共押出成形し、次に前記多層管をブロー成形して前記容器にする工程を含む、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
