本実施形態の樹脂成形品は、意匠面と反対面とを有し、内部に第1発泡層が形成された本体部と、前記本体部の周縁部に設けられ、前記本体部の厚み方向で前記意匠面と反対側へ張り出した張出部と、を有し、前記反対面における前記張出部の根元部に、前記反対面の表面から前記本体部の厚み方向側に向けて窪みが設けられている。つまり、前記本体部は、前記反対面における前記張出部の根元部に、前記反対面の表面から前記本体部の厚み方向側に向けて窪む窪みを有する。
樹脂成形品の具体例を、図面を参照しながら説明するが、本開示はこれに限定されるものではない。また、各図における各部位の大きさは概念的なものであり、各部位間の大きさの相対的な関係はこれに限定されない。
本実施形態の樹脂成形品は、例えば、自動車用部品として用いることができる。但し、樹脂成形品の用途は、自動車用部品に限定されない。
また、図2に示すように、本開示において、張出部12は、本体部11の断面を観察したときに、本体部11の終端に存在する。
本実施形態の樹脂成形品を成形するための金型は、固定型と、前記固定型に対して開閉方向に移動可能とされ、前記固定型との間に空隙であるキャビティを形成する可動型と、を備える。
金型は、射出成形に用いることができ、発泡成形の用途に好適に用いることができ、射出発泡形成の用途により好適に用いることができる。但し、これらの用途に限定されない。以降、射出発泡成形を例に説明する。
金型の具体例を、図面を参照しながら説明するが、本開示はこれに限定されるものではない。また、各図における部材の大きさは概念的なものであり、部材間の大きさの相対的な関係はこれに限定されない。
張出部12の表面11Fは、意匠面11Aから連続する意匠面であってもよいし、意匠面でなくともよい。また、張出部12の裏面11Eは、意匠面でなくともよい。
本実施形態の樹脂成形品を製造するための樹脂成形品の製造方法は、上記金型のキャビティ内に発泡剤を含有する樹脂材料を射出する工程と、前記キャビティ内を樹脂材料で充填した後、前記金型を構成する固定型から可動型を開放方向に移動させて前記キャビティ内の容積を拡張する工程と、を備える。
なお、図8に示す樹脂成形品100では端部(突端部115及び切り欠き116)における変形が生じやすいため、張出部112の根元部119での発泡が阻害されにくい。その結果、張出部112の根元部119には反対面111Bの表面から本体部111の厚み方向側に向けての窪みが生じにくい傾向にある。
また、本明細書に記載された全ての文献、特許出願、及び技術規格は、個々の文献、特許出願、および技術規格が参照により取り込まれることが具体的かつ個々に記された場合と同程度に、本明細書中に参照により取り込まれる。

Claims (3)
- 意匠面と反対面とを有し、内部に第1発泡層が形成された本体部と、
前記本体部の周縁部に設けられ、前記本体部の厚み方向で前記意匠面と反対側へ張り出した張出部と、を有し、
前記反対面における、前記張出部の前記意匠面から連続する面とは反対の面側の根元部に、前記反対面の表面から前記本体部の厚み方向側に向けて窪む窪みを有する樹脂成形品。 - 前記第1発泡層が、前記第1発泡層の両面を覆う一対の第1スキン層で覆われており、
前記第1発泡層の厚みA1が、前記一対の第1スキン層の合計の厚みB1よりも厚い請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品。 - 前記張出部が、第2発泡層と前記第2発泡層の両面を覆う一対の第2スキン層を備え、
前記第2発泡層の厚みA2が、前記第2発泡層の両面を覆う一対の第2スキン層の合計の厚みB2よりも薄い請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂成形品。
