Claims (19)
- 殺菌しようとする領域と向い合う外面を含むハウジング、
前記ハウジングと結合され、ハウジング内部の空間を規定するカバー本体部、
前記ハウジングに設けられた照射孔、
前記照射孔の周囲で前記ハウジングの内面に設けられた窓部材収容部、
前記窓部材収容部に設置される窓部材、
前記窓部材収容部の縁部に備えられ、前記窓部材収容部に収容された窓部材の高さと実質的に同一の高さである段差部、
前記窓部材の一部分及び前記段差部の上に配置され、前記窓部材と前記段差部との間のギャップ部分を覆う第1のOリング、
前記第1のOリングの上に配置され、前記ハウジングに固定されて前記第1のOリングを圧着する圧着部材、及び
前記ハウジングの内部に設置され、前記照射孔を介して紫外線を照射する紫外線発光ダイオード、を含み、
前記照射孔は、前記ハウジングの内面から外面に行くほどその断面が次第に広くなる照射孔拡張部を備える防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記圧着部材は、前記ハウジングに固定された状態で前記照射孔とその中心が整列するホールが設けられている、請求項1に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内面には、前記第1のOリングの外周面を支持する第1の段差が設けられる、請求項2に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記圧着部材には、前記第1のOリングの内周面を支持する突出段差が設けられる、請求項2に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記突出段差の先端部は前記窓部材と所定の間隔で離隔する、請求項4に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記第1のOリングは、硬度が30未満の軟性を有するシリコーンであり、
前記圧着部材は前記第1のOリングより硬度の高い材質である、請求項2に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記窓部材と窓部材収容部との間には追加的な弾性材が介在する、請求項1に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記照射孔を中心に前記第1の段差より外側に設けられた第2のOリング収容溝に第2のOリングが嵌め込まれ、
前記第2のOリングは前記圧着部材によって圧着する、請求項3に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記第2のOリング収容溝は、前記第1の段差と、前記照射孔を中心に前記第1の段差より外側に設けられた第2の段差との間に位置する、請求項8に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記紫外線発光ダイオードへの電源供給を制御し、前記圧着部材に固定される基板をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記殺菌装置の設置位置又は姿勢を感知する感知部がさらに設置された、請求項10に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記感知部は、前記基板上で前記照射孔及びホールを介して外部に露出する位置に設置され、
前記感知部は照度センサーを含む、請求項11に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記感知部は、前記基板上で前記照射孔及び前記ホールを介して外部に露出する位置に設置され、
前記感知部は距離センサーを含む、請求項11に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記感知部はジャイロセンサー又はチルトセンサーを含む、請求項11に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記感知部は、照度センサー、距離センサー、及び姿勢感知センサーのうち2以上のセンサーを含み、
前記基板には、前記2以上のセンサーで全て安全基準を満足した場合、紫外線発光ダイオードに電源を供給することを可能にする制御回路が設置された、請求項11に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 前記紫外線発光ダイオードと直列に連結され、点灯及び消灯が共に行われる可視光発光ダイオードがさらに備えられる、請求項1に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記基板には、前記照射孔及びホールを介して外部に遠赤外線を照射する光源がさらに備えられた、請求項10に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
- 前記ハウジングが底面に向かうように据え置き可能な据え置き台をさらに含み、
前記据え置き台は側面が閉鎖されており、前記底面に通気孔が設けられ、前記底面より下方に延長されたレッグをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の防水構造を有する殺菌装置。 - 殺菌しようとする領域と向い合う外面、前記外面に形成された照射孔、及び前記照射孔の周囲に備えられた段差部を含むハウジング、
前記外面と反対面である内面に配置され、ホールが設けられた圧着部材、
前記照射孔及び前記ホールを塞ぐように配置され、前記段差部の高さと実質的に同一の高さである窓部材、
前記窓部材の一部分及び前記段差部の上に配置され、前記窓部材と前記段差部との間のギャップ部分を覆い、前記窓部材および前記段差部とは反対側から前記圧着部材によって圧着される第1のOリング、及び
前記ハウジングの内部に設置され、前記ホール、前記窓部材及び前記照射孔を介して紫外線を照射する紫外線発光ダイオード、を含み、
前記照射孔は、最小限に前記紫外線発光ダイオードの前記紫外線の照射角に対応する照射領域のサイズを有し、前記内面から前記外面に行くほど断面が次第に広くなる照射孔拡張部を含む、防水構造を有する殺菌装置。
