Claims (3)
- 工作機械の機体側の複数の位置に装着された複数の振動センサと、前記振動センサによる振動の検出情報に基づいて前記工作機械の動作状態を判断する判断部とを備え、前記判断部の判断情報に応じて前記工作機械の異常を検出する工作機械の異常検出装置において、
前記判断部が、異常な振動を検出した前記振動センサの装着位置に基づいて、精度が低下する加工精度の所定の項目を特定する異常検出装置。 - 所定の前記振動センサの組み合わせと前記所定の項目との対応関係が予め記憶された記憶部を備え、
前記判断部が、異常な振動を検出した前記振動センサの組み合わせに応じた前記所定の項目を、前記対応関係に基づいて選択することによって、精度が低下する前記加工精度の項目を特定する請求項1に記載の異常検出装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械の異常検出装置を備えた工作機械。
