A.式(I)の化合物
別の態様では、式(I)の化合物、
特に明記しない限り、温度は摂氏(℃)で示される。周囲温度、「rt」または「RT」(典型的には約18〜25℃の範囲)で合成操作を行った。溶媒の蒸発は、ロータリーエバポレーターを用いて60℃までの浴温度で減圧(典型的には4.5〜30mmHg)下で行った。典型的には薄層クロマトグラフィー(TLC)を用いて反応の経過を追跡した。与えられた、すべての融点は補正されていない。すべての中間体および最終生成物は、満足のいく1H−NMR、HPLCおよび/または微量分析データを示した。L(リットル)、mL(ミリリットル)、mmol(ミリモル)、g(グラム)、mg(ミリグラム)、min(分)、およびh(時間)の従来の略語が使用される。
N−Boc−1−アミノメチルベンゾトリアゾール(90g)を熱い(40±5℃)アセトン(608mL)に溶解させ、濾過し(Whatmann 1濾紙)、アセトン(2×40mL)で洗浄し、次いで濃縮した。固体にIPA(2×250mL)を添加し、毎回濃縮した。再びIPA(900mL)を加え、溶液を2Lの3つ口丸底フラスコに移し、70±5℃(透明溶液)に加熱した。溶液を室温に冷却し、一晩撹拌した。白色の結晶性沈殿物が観察された。混合物を−40±5℃に冷却し、30分間撹拌した。白色結晶を濾過し、IPA(2×50mL)で洗浄し、室温で1時間減圧乾燥した。次いで、結晶を真空下70±5℃で48時間乾燥させて、71.1g(79%)の白色結晶性固体を得た。

前記工程(a)の塩素化剤が、塩化オキサリルまたは塩化チオニルである、付記13に記載の方法。
前記工程(c)の塩基が、NaH、LiH、KH、nBuLi、secBuLi、LiHMDS、NaHMDS、またはKHMDSであり、前記工程(b)が−90℃および50℃の間の温度で行われる、付記13に記載の方法。
前記工程(d)の塩基が、LiHMDSまたはNaHである、付記13に記載の方法。
前記LiOOHが、水酸化リチウムおよび過酸化水素によってその場で形成される、付記13に記載の方法。
