前記操作レバー(60)と前記端子ホルダ(74)とを連結するリンク機構(L)とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 鞍乗型車両(1)の動力源に電力を供給する略直方体の複数のバッテリ(B)と、該バッテリ(B)が収納されるバッテリケース(40)と、前記バッテリ(B)の下面(107)に設けられるバッテリ側端子(75)と、該バッテリ側端子(75)と係合するケース側端子(90)とを含んで構成される鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造において、
前記ケース側端子(90)を、前記バッテリ側端子(75)に接続される接続位置(U)と前記バッテリ側端子(75)から離間する退避位置(D)との間で移動できるように支持する端子ホルダ(74)を具備し、
前記ケース側端子(90)と前記端子ホルダ(74)との間に、前記ケース側端子(90)を前記ケース側端子(90)に押圧する方向に付勢するバネ(97)が配設されており、
前記バッテリケース(40)は、前記鞍乗型車両(1)に設けられる開閉式のシート(23)の下方に配設されており、
前記シート(23)の底面に、操作レバー(60)の上方に位置するボス(84)が設けられていることを特徴とする鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記ボス(84)は、前記操作レバー(60)が所定の最下位置まで押し下げられた状態では、前記操作レバー(60)と当接しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
- 前記端子ホルダ(74)は、前記ケース側端子(90)の下方を覆う略U字状の板状部材であり、
前記端子ホルダ(74)の下面から下方に延出する円筒状の支持軸(98)が、前記端子ホルダ(74)に形成された貫通孔(74a)に挿通されることで、前記端子ホルダ(74)と前記ケース側端子(90)とが上下方向に摺動可能に構成されており、
前記バネ(97)が、前記支持軸(98)に巻回されたコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記バネ(97)が巻回される前記支持軸(98)が、前記ケース側端子(90)を挟んで一対で設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
- 鞍乗型車両(1)の動力源に電力を供給する略直方体の複数のバッテリ(B)と、該バッテリ(B)が収納されるバッテリケース(40)と、前記バッテリ(B)の下面(107)に設けられるバッテリ側端子(75)と、該バッテリ側端子(75)と係合するケース側端子(90)とを含んで構成される鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造において、
前記ケース側端子(90)を、前記バッテリ側端子(75)に接続される接続位置(U)と前記バッテリ側端子(75)から離間する退避位置(D)との間で移動できるように支持する端子ホルダ(74)を具備し、
前記ケース側端子(90)と前記端子ホルダ(74)との間に、前記ケース側端子(90)を前記ケース側端子(90)に押圧する方向に付勢するバネ(97)が配設されており、
前記バッテリ(B)が2つ並んで配設されており、
前記バッテリ(B)を前記バッテリケース(40)に収納した状態で、下方に押し下げることにより前記バッテリ(B)の上下動を規制する単一の操作レバー(60)を備え、
前記2つのバッテリ(B)にそれぞれ設けられる前記端子ホルダ(74)が、前記操作レバー(60)に連結されていることを特徴とする鞍乗型車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 車両(1)の動力源に電力を供給する略直方体の複数のバッテリ(B)と、該バッテリ(B)が収納されるバッテリケース(40)と、前記バッテリ(B)の下面(107)に設けられるバッテリ側端子(75)と、該バッテリ側端子(75)と係合するケース側端子(90)とを含んで構成される車両のバッテリ着脱構造において、
前記ケース側端子(90)を、前記バッテリ側端子(75)に接続される接続位置(U)と前記バッテリ側端子(75)から離間する退避位置(D)との間で移動できるように支持する端子ホルダ(74)を具備し、
前記ケース側端子(90)と前記端子ホルダ(74)との間に、前記ケース側端子(90)を前記ケース側端子(90)に押圧する方向に付勢するバネ(97)が配設されており、
操作レバー(60)は、前記バッテリ(B)の長手方向に沿って上下に摺動可能に構成されており、
前記操作レバー(60)を最下位置に移動した際に、前記バッテリ(B)の上面(102)を押圧する揺動式の押圧ホルダ(45)を有することを特徴とする車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
