Description
押し込み力の付加により該シリンジ本体内にてスライドさせて該充填空間内の内容物を前記注出孔より注出するプランジャーと、
弾性材料で形成され、該プランジャーの先端部分に設置されるピストンと
を備えたディスペンサーであって、
前記シリンジ本体の内周面と前記ピストンの外周面との間に隙間が設けられ、該ピストンは、前記プランジャーの押し込みにより該隙間が狭くなるように変形し、前記ピストンの変形後における、後部漏れリスク=(隙間(G)面積/最終注出孔面積)が0以上1未満であることを特徴とするディスペンサーである。
前記ピストンは、前記シリンジ本体の内周面との間に前記隙間を形成するリング状のシール部と、該シール部の内周面を先端側から覆う先端壁とを有し、
該シール部は、前記プランジャーの押し込みに対する前記充填空間内の内容物からの反力によって前記傾斜部に沿って後端方向に移動して拡径し、前記押し込みの解除に伴い前記先端壁の弾性力によって先端方向に移動して縮径することが好ましい。
前記側壁は、内周面又は外周面の少なくとも一方が外周方向に凸となる形状を有し、前記シリンジ本体の内周面との間に前記隙間を形成し、
前記プランジャーの押し込みに対する前記充填空間内の内容物からの反力によって前記先端壁が後端方向に移動し、前記側壁は該先端壁の移動に伴い外周方向に変位することが好ましい。

Claims (8)
- 内容物の充填空間を有しその先端に注出孔を有するシリンジ本体と、
押し込み力の付加により該シリンジ本体内にてスライドさせて該充填空間内の内容物を前記注出孔より注出するプランジャーと、
弾性材料で形成され、該プランジャーの先端部分に設置されるピストンと
を備えたディスペンサーであって、
前記シリンジ本体の内周面と前記ピストンの外周面との間に隙間が設けられ、該ピストンは、前記プランジャーの押し込みにより該隙間が狭くなるように変形し、前記ピストンの変形後における、後部漏れリスク=(隙間(G)面積/最終注出孔面積)が0以上1未満であることを特徴とするディスペンサー。 - 前記注出孔は、前記シリンジ本体の先端にニードルチップを装着することによって形成される、請求項1記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記ピストンのJIS K 6253 タイプAデュロメータによるショア硬度は、30以上80以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のディスペンサー。
- 面積比率=(シリンジ内側断面積/最終注出孔面積)が20以下である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記シリンジ本体の内周面には、前記プランジャーの離脱を防止する突出部が設けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記プランジャー又は前記ピストンの少なくともいずれか一方の外周面には、外周方向に突出して前記シリンジ本体の内周面に摺動する摺動部が設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記プランジャーの先端には、前記注出孔に向けて縮径する傾斜部が設けられ、
前記ピストンは、前記シリンジ本体の内周面との間に前記隙間を形成するリング状のシール部と、該シール部の内周面を先端側から覆う先端壁とを有し、
該シール部は、前記プランジャーの押し込みに対する前記充填空間内の内容物からの反力によって前記傾斜部に沿って後端方向に移動して拡径し、前記押し込みの解除に伴い前記先端壁の弾性力によって先端方向に移動して縮径する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記ピストンは、前記プランジャーに当接して後端方向への変位が規制される後端部と、該後端部から先端方向に延びる側壁と、該側壁を先端側から覆う先端壁とを有し、
前記側壁は、内周面又は外周面の少なくとも一方が外周方向に凸となる形状を有し、前記シリンジ本体の内周面との間に前記隙間を形成し、
前記プランジャーの押し込みに対する前記充填空間内の内容物からの反力によって前記先端壁が後端方向に移動し、前記側壁は該先端壁の移動に伴い外周方向に変位する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー。
