Description

(4)加熱した紡糸口金を通してギアポンプによって溶融物を押出す工程で、ここで各紡糸金口には、溶融物を繊維の所望の形状にするためのノズルがあり;
(5)溶融物は水平領域で室温の空気を通過することによって冷却される工程;
(6)繊維に仕上げ油を噴霧する工程で、仕上げ油はシリコーンオイルであり;
(7)ローラを介して繊維を巻き取る工程;
(8)繊維を保存する工程;
を含む。
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む組成物から構成される、10μm〜250μmの範囲の外径を有するチューブを製造する方法であって、
(i)160℃〜230℃の温度の押出機中で熱可塑性ポリウレタンを溶融する工程;
(ii)溶融した前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンにイソシアネート基を含んだ架橋剤を含む組成物を添加し、得られた混合物を混合して溶融物を形成する工程;
(iii)180℃〜230℃に加熱した紡糸口金を通して前記溶融物を押し出し、溶融紡糸弾性チューブを得る工程;

- 前記チューブはソフトストレッチ特性を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記紡糸金口は1つ以上の開口部を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記開口部は円弧状のスロットである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記紡糸口金は180℃〜230℃の範囲の温度に加熱される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 生産ライン速度が500m/分より速い、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法において、3つ以上のチューブが並行して製造される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、DIN53505に従って測定したショア硬度が60A〜74Dの範囲である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記チューブの外径が15〜200μm、好ましくは20〜150μmの範囲にある、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブの中空比が5〜50%、好ましくは10〜40%の範囲にある、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる又は得ることが可能な、10μm〜250μmの範囲の外径を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む組成物から構成されるチューブ。
- 前記チューブは丸い形状である、請求項12に記載のチューブ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる又は得ることが可能なチューブ、又は、請求項12又は13のいずれかに記載のチューブを液体輸送用チューブ、又はガス膜チューブ又は弾性繊維として使用する方法。
- 前記チューブはソフトストレッチ特性を有する、請求項12に記載の使用方法。
