Claims (9)
- 加圧された流体用の管を接続するための差込み継手アセンブリ(1)であって、
差込み側(4)に配置された差込み開口部(3)を有する差込み継手受口(2)であって、前記差込み開口部(3)内に受容切欠き部(27)が配置された、差込み継手受口(2)と、
前記差込み継手受口(2)の前記差込み開口部(3)に差込み可能な差込み部(8)を有する差込み継手(7)であって、前記差込み継手受口(2)の前記差込み開口部(3)は、差込み継手(7)と接続された状態で差込み継手(7)の差込み部(8)を少なくとも部分的に包囲する、差込み継手(7)と、
前記差込み継手受口(2)に配置されたロックばね(13)であって、該ロックばね(13)は閉じた位置で少なくとも1個の保持部により前記差込み継手(7)の外側(11)で少なくとも一部の領域で半径方向に延びる環状溝(23)に突入係合して、前記差込み継手受口(2)に差し込まれた前記差込み継手(7)が外れることが阻止する、ロックばね(13)と、を備え、
回動防止エレメント(28)は、前記差込み継手受口(2)の受容切欠き部(27)に差し込まれ、受容切欠き部(27)の内部に固定して受容可能であり、前記差込み継手(7)はその外側(11)に長手方向(26)に延びる回動防止溝(31)を有しており、前記回動防止溝(31)は回動防止エレメント(28)と共にさねはぎ継ぎ(34)を形成して、前記差込み継手(7)は前記差込み継手受口(2)に対して相対的に回動することが阻止されており、
前記差込み継手受口(2)の前記差込み開口部(3)内の前記受容切欠き部(27)は、長手方向(26)に延びるT字形溝(29)の形に形成されており、前記回動防止エレメント(28)は前記差込み継手受口(2)の差込み側(4)で前記受容切欠き部(27)内に導入されてその内部で嵌合して受容可能であり、前記回動防止エレメント(28)は、フランジ(33)を有し、前記フランジ(33)は、前記受容切欠き部(27)のT字形溝(29)の横棒部分に挿入されることを特徴とする差込み継手アセンブリ。 - 前記回動防止エレメント(28)は係止突出部(35)を有しており、中軸線(25)に対して平行に延びる長手方向(26)に移動することにより前記受容切欠き部(27)内の係止位置(37)で固定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記差込み継手受口(2)の前記受容切欠き部(27)内に、前記回動防止エレメント(28)の前記係止突出部(35)と協働して係止突出部相手部材(36)として働く挿入エレメント(38)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記挿入エレメント(38)はプラスチック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記回動防止エレメント(28)は金属板成形品から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記回動防止エレメント(28)はフランジ(33)を有する椀状要素(32)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記差込み継手受口(2)は金属板成形品から形成されており、前記受容切欠き部(27)は打抜きによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記受容切欠き部(27)は、一部が前記差込み継手受口(2)の内壁(39)若しくは端壁(40)内に形成されており、それにより前記差込み継手受口(2)の内壁(39)と外壁(41)との間にT字形溝(29)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
- 前記差込み継手受口(2)は自動車消音器(6)の一体的構成要素として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の差込み継手アセンブリ。
