Claims (2)
- 導線を巻回して形成されるコイルと、金属磁性材料及び樹脂を含む封止材からなり、前記コイルを内蔵する成形体とを備える表面実装インダクタであって、
前記コイルは、断面が矩形の導線をその両端が外周に位置する様に巻回して形成された巻回部と、前記巻回部の外周から引き出されて形成された引き出し部とを備え、前記巻回部の巻軸が前記成形体の実装面と直交し、前記該引き出し部の線幅方向が前記巻軸と平行になる様に前記成形体内に埋設され、前記引き出し部の端部が前記成形体内に配置され、
該成形体は、実装面にのみ外部電極が配置され、
前記成形体の実装面側から前記外部電極と前記引き出し部間に延在する断面が円形の孔部と、前記孔部内に配置され、前記外部電極と前記引き出し部とを接続する導電体を含み、
前記コイルの引き出し部は、前記成形体の孔部によりその線幅方向の一部に厚みが前記導線よりも薄い接続部が形成され、
前記導電体が前記引き出し部の接続部に接続されている表面実装インダクタ。 - 導線を巻回して形成されるコイルと、金属磁性材料及び樹脂を含む封止材からなり、前記コイルを内蔵する成形体とを備える表面実装インダクタであって、
前記コイルは、断面が矩形の導線をその両端が外周に位置する様に巻回して形成された巻回部と、前記巻回部の外周から引き出されて形成された引き出し部とを備え、前記巻回部の巻軸が前記成形体の実装面と直交し、前記引き出し部の線幅方向が前記巻軸と平行になる様に前記成形体内に埋設され、前記引き出し部の端部が前記成形体内に配置され、
前記成形体は、実装面にのみ外部電極が配置され、
前記実装面から前記引き出し部まで到達する1対の溝と、前記溝の少なくとも一部に形成され、前記外部電極と前記引き出し部とを接続する導電体を含み、
前記コイルの引き出し部は、前記成形体の溝によりその線幅方向の一部に厚みが前記導線よりも薄い接続部が形成され、
前記導電体が前記引き出し部の接続部に接続されている表面実装インダクタ。
