Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る円すいころ軸受1の断面図である。図1は、円すいころ軸受1の中心軸線L1を通る断面図である。なお、本明細書において、単に「軸方向」というときは、中心軸線L1の延びる方向を意味することとする。
図3に示すように、円すいころ軸受1の下部において、外輪10と潤滑油保持部材50との間に形成される空間には、潤滑油Jが貯留される。つまり、潤滑油Jは、円すいころ軸受1の下部にとどまることとなる。潤滑油Jの液面の高さは、弾性体リップ70の径方向内側の端部のうち、円すいころ軸受1の最下部に位置する部分と略同じ高さとなっている。言い換えると、潤滑油Jの液面の高さは、弾性体リップ70のうち、円すいころ軸受1の最下部に位置する部分の上端と略同じ高さである。
円すいころ軸受1は、例えば、自動車の差動装置などに組み付けられ、図示しないハウジングの内部に配置される。
図5は、変形例1に係る円すいころ軸受1Aの一部を拡大した断面図である。図5に示すように、円すいころ軸受1Aは、円すいころ軸受1の内輪20に代えて内輪20Aを備える点を除き、円すいころ軸受1と同じ構成である。
図6は、変形例2に係る円すいころ軸受1Bの一部を拡大した断面図である。図6に示すように、円すいころ軸受1Bは、円すいころ軸受1の内輪20に代えて内輪20Bを備える点を除き、円すいころ軸受1と同じ構成である。
図7は、変形例3に係る円すいころ軸受1Cの一部を拡大した断面図である。図7に示すように、円すいころ軸受1Cは、円すいころ軸受1の内輪20に代えて内輪20Cを備える点を除き、円すいころ軸受1と同じ構成である。
円すいころ軸受1において、傾斜面232の軸方向他方側の端部232bが、径方向から見て、保持器40と重ならない位置に配置されている例を説明したが、これに限られない。円すいころ軸受1において、傾斜面232の軸方向他方側の端部232bが、径方向から見て、保持器40と重なる位置に配置されていてもよい。この場合であっても、内輪20の正面20aに付着した潤滑油Jを効率的に回収することができる。
図8は、変形例5に係るリング60Aの斜視図である。潤滑油保持部材50は、図4に示すリング60に代えて、図8に示すリング60Aを備えてもよい。
また、円すいころ軸受1において、リング本体61の内周面に凹凸が形成されていなくてもよい。この場合であっても、内輪20の正面20aに付着した潤滑油Jを、円すいころ軸受1の下部における外輪10と潤滑油保持部材50との間の空間に効率よく回収することができる。

Claims (3)
- 外輪と、
軸方向一方側の端部に設けられ径方向外側に突出する大つば部と、軸方向他方側の端部に設けられ径方向外側に突出する小つば部とを含む内輪と、
前記外輪と前記内輪との間に配置される複数の円すいころと、
前記複数の円すいころを周方向に間隔を開けて保持する保持器と、
前記外輪の軸方向一方側に設けられ、径方向から見て前記大つば部と重なる位置に配置される潤滑油保持部材と、
を備え、
前記潤滑油保持部材は、
軸方向に延びて、前記外輪の前記軸方向一方側の端部に位置する筒状部と、
前記筒状部の前記軸方向一方側の端部から径方向内方に向かって延びる環状部と、
を含み、
前記大つば部は、
前記大つば部の前記軸方向一方側の端部における外周面に配置され、前記軸方向一方側から前記軸方向他方側に向かうにつれて前記内輪の回転軸からの距離が大きくなる傾斜面、
を含み、
前記環状部は、前記軸方向に関して、前記内輪の前記軸方向一方側の端部よりも前記軸方向他方側に位置し、
前記傾斜面の前記軸方向他方側の端部は、前記軸方向に関して、前記環状部と、前記外輪の前記軸方向一方側の端部と間に位置する、円すいころ軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受であって、
前記傾斜面の前記軸方向他方側の端部は、前記軸方向に関して、前記保持器の前記軸方向一方側の端部と前記環状部との間に位置する、円すいころ軸受。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受であって、
前記筒状部の内周面に凹部又は凸部が形成されている、円すいころ軸受。
