Claims (4)
- 供給された融解型の造形材料を融解し吐出積層する3次元プリンタ用の造形材料吐出ヘッドであって、
一端部側に複数の吐出口が列状に形成され、他端部側に前記造形材料を供給する供給口が形成された板状の流路構造体と、
前記供給口から前記流路構造体に供給された前記造形材料を加熱して融解するために前記流路構造体の外面に設けられ、絶縁基板及び該絶縁基板上に形成された発熱抵抗体を有する加熱手段とを備えていることを特徴とする、3次元プリンタ用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。 - 前記複数の吐出口は、大きさの異なる第1の吐出口及び第2の吐出口を含み、前記第1の吐出口と前記第2の吐出口とは交互に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3次元プリンタ用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 前記複数の吐出口が、複数の列に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の3次元プリンタ用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 前記複数の列のうち隣り合う列同士の前記吐出口は、互いに半ピッチずれて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の3次元プリンタ用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
