Claims (5)
- 1枚、または貫通孔および吐出口に沿って接合された2枚以上の板状体に形成され、造形材料を流動させる流路とするための細長の貫通孔および前記流路と連通して前記板状体の端部に形成される吐出口をそれぞれ複数個ライン状に並列して有し、造形材料を吐出する吐出ヘッド用の流路構造体であって、前記流路構造体の少なくとも隣接する吐出口間が、空隙を介するか、前記板状体の吐出口間に空隙が存在しつつ、かつ、吐出口間を前記板状体の一部のみの連結部で連結されるか、または前記板状体の材料よりも熱伝導の小さい材料により接続される吐出ヘッド用の流路構造体。
- 前記流路間を一部のみで連結する前記連結部材に凹溝が形成されてなる請求項1記載の吐出ヘッド用の流路構造体。
- 板状体からなり、流路および該流路と接続された吐出口がライン状に並んだ流路構造体を有する吐出ヘッドを用いて立体造形物を形成する造形方法であって、少なくとも隣接する吐出口間を、空隙で離間するか、前記板状体の吐出口間に空隙が存在しつつ、かつ、吐出口間を前記板状体の一部のみの連結部で連結するか、または前記板状体の材料よりも熱伝導の小さい材料により接続した流路構造体を用いて前記造形材料を吐出させて積層しながら造形物を形成する立体造形物の造形方法。
- 前記造形物の表面にさらに造形材料を積層する前に、前記造形物の造形材料が吐出される部分を加熱してから新たな造形材料を吐出する請求項3記載の造形方法。
- 前記造形材料の吐出後に、吐出により形成される造形物の表面の凹凸をならしながら造形物を造形する請求項3または4記載の造形方法。
