Claims (7)
- 長さ方向に造形材料が挿通される貫通孔が形成された、接合のない柱状の金属ブロックと、
該金属ブロックの外壁面に設けられ、前記貫通孔内の前記造形材料を融解するための加熱板と、を備え、
前記金属ブロックは、その長さ方向の前記外壁面の一部に平面部を有し、
前記加熱板は、前記金属ブロックの前記外壁面の前記平面部に設けられていることを特徴とする、立体造形用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。 - 長さ方向に造形材料が挿通される貫通孔が形成された、接合のない円柱状の金属ブロックと、
該金属ブロックの外壁面に設けられ、前記貫通孔内の前記造形材料を融解するための加熱板と、を備え、
前記金属ブロックは、その長さ方向の前記外壁面の一部に対向する一対の平面部を有し、
前記加熱板は、前記金属ブロックの前記一対の平面部のそれぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする、立体造形用の造形材料吐出ヘッド。 - 前記加熱板が設けられる前記金属ブロックの前記平面部の前記貫通孔の側壁は、前記金属ブロックの前記平面部以外の部分の肉厚よりも肉薄に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 前記平面部の一部に前記貫通孔に通じる開口が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 前記加熱板が、絶縁基板および該絶縁基板上に厚膜形成された発熱抵抗体を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 前記金属ブロックと前記絶縁基板との熱膨張率が近いことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の造形材料吐出ヘッド。
- 柱状の金属ブロックの長さ方向に造形材料を挿通する貫通孔を形成する工程、
前記金属ブロックの長さ方向の外壁面の一部を削ることで平面部を形成する工程、および
前記平面部に前記貫通孔内の前記造形材料を融解する加熱板を設ける工程
を有する立体造形用の造形材料吐出ヘッドの製造方法。
