Claims (4)
- 一定の間隔で離隔されて配置された一対のガラスパネル組立体の端を密封するエッジシーリングステップと、前記端が密封された一対のガラスパネルとの間の空間と連通するように形成された上記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口をカバー部材で密封する排気口密封ステップを含む真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造方法において、
上記エッジシーリングステップは、
一定の間隔で離隔・配置された一対のガラスパネルとの間の端に高温溶融の第1シーリング剤が塗布されたガラスパネル組立体を第1加熱チャンバに投入・加熱して前記第1シーリング剤を溶融させて端を密封して、
上記排気口密封ステップは、
低温溶融の第2シーリング剤が塗布されたカバー部材の一面が、前記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口と一定間隔離隔して対向するようにカバー部材を上記ガラスパネル組立体に装着するカバー部材装着ステップと、
上記カバー部材が装着されたガラスパネル組立体を第2加熱チャンバに投入し、高温溶融の第1シーリング剤は溶融されず、低温溶融の第2シーリング剤は、溶融される温度に加熱して、第2シーリング剤を溶融させる第2シーリング剤溶融ステップと、
前記第2シーリング剤が溶融されたガラスパネル組立体を大気圧状態の第1真空加熱チャンバに投入し、第2シーリング剤のみ溶融された状態を維持する温度に加熱して、同時に第1真空加熱チャンバを減圧して前記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口を通して排気するようにして前記一対のガラスパネルとの間の空間に真空を形成する真空形成ステップと、
前記第1真空加熱チャンバと連通しており、減圧された状態を維持する第2真空加熱チャンバに上記ガラスパネル組立体を移動させるとき、上記カバー部材を排気口に密着させて前記ガラスパネル組立体を密封させるカバー部材密着ステップと、
上記カバー部材が密着して密封された真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体が減圧された状態の第2真空加熱チャンバに投入された後で、第2真空加熱チャンバを大気圧に昇圧する昇圧ステップとを含む真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造方法。 - 一定の間隔で離隔されて配置された一対のガラスパネル組立体の端を密封するエッジ密封ステップと、前記端が密封された一対のガラスパネルとの間の空間と連通するように形成された上記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口をカバー部材で密封する排気口密封ステップを含む真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造方法において、
上記エッジ密封ステップは、一定の間隔で離隔されて配置された一対のガラスパネルとの間の端に高温溶融の第1シーリング剤が塗布されたガラスパネル組立体を第1チャンバに投入・加熱して前記第1シーリング剤を溶融させてガラスパネル組立体の端を密封し、
上記排気口密封ステップは、
一面に低温溶融の第2シーリング剤が塗布されたカバー部材が装着されたカバー部材閉鎖装置を、上記カバー部材が上記ガラスパネル組立体に形成された排気口に向けて一定間隔離隔されて配置されるように、上記端が密封されたガラスパネル組立体に装着するステップと、
上記端が密封され、カバー部材閉鎖装置が装着されたガラスパネル組立体を第2加熱チャンバに投入して、高温溶融の第1シーリング剤は溶融されず、低温溶融の第2シーリング剤が溶融される温度に加熱して、カバー部材に塗布された第2シーリング剤を溶融させるステップと、
上記カバー部材閉鎖装置が装着されたガラスパネル組立体を大気圧状態の第1真空加熱チャンバに投入・加熱して第2シーリング剤が溶融された状態を維持して、第1真空加熱チャンバを減圧して前記ガラスパネル組立体に形成された排気口を通して排気して前記一対のガラスパネルとの間の空間に真空を形成するステップと、
前記第1真空加熱チャンバと連通して、減圧された状態を維持する第2真空加熱チャンバに上記ガラスパネル組立体を移動させるとき、上記カバー部材閉鎖装置に作用する外力によってカバー部材閉鎖装置に装着されているカバー部材を上記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口に向けて密着するようにして、前記ガラスパネル組立体の排気口を密封させるカバー部材密着ステップと、

上記カバー部材に密着ステップで、上記ガラスパネル組立体が移動されるとき、上記カバー部材閉鎖装置のレバーに外力を加えるよう前記第1真空加熱チャンバと第2真空加熱チャンバを接続する通路や第2真空チャンバの内部に配置されたレバー加圧部材をさらに含む、請求項2記載の真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造方法。 - 高温溶融の第1シーリング剤によって一定の間隔で離隔されて配置された一対のガラスパネルとの間の端が密封され、前記端が密封された一対のガラスパネルとの間の空間と連通するように形成された排気口を低温溶融の第2シーリング剤が塗布されたカバー部材を密着させて密封された真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造装置として、
上記高温溶融の第1シーリング剤が溶融される温度に加熱するように構成された第1加熱チャンバと、
上記高温溶融の第1シーリング剤は溶融されず、上記低温溶融の第2シーリング剤が溶融される温度に加熱するように構成された第2加熱チャンバと、
大気圧以下の減圧状態を形成するための第1真空加熱チャンバと、
上記第1真空加熱チャンバと 連通するように通路に接続されて、大気圧以下の減圧状態を形成するための第2真空加熱チャンバと、
ガイド穴を持ってガラスパネル組立体に固定するクランピングユニットと、ガイド穴に沿って移動可能にガイド穴に設置されたカバー部材保持ホルダーと、上記クランピングユニットに回動可能に装着されたレバーと、上記レバーの回動運動を上記カバー部材保持ホルダーを昇降させるように構成された昇降手段を含むカバー部材閉鎖装置と、
上記第1真空加熱チャンバと第2真空加熱チャンバを接続する通路や第2真空チャンバの内部に配置され、上記カバー部材閉鎖装置が上記ガラスパネル組立体に装着され、第1真空加熱チャンバで第2真空加熱チャンバに移動されるとき、上記カバー部材閉鎖装置のレバーに外力を加えるように構成されたレバー加圧部材とを含む真空断熱ガラスパネル組立体の製造装置。
