Description
得られた試験片を用いて、JIS K6253に準拠し、デュロメータのタイプAにより温度20℃におけるゴム硬さを測定した。得られた結果は、標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1〜2の「硬度」の欄に示した。この指数値が大きいほどゴム硬度が大きいことを意味する。
得られた試験片をJIS K6394に準拠して、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で、温度60℃における損失正接tanδを測定した。得られた結果は、標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1〜2の「tanδ(60℃)」の欄に示した。この指数値が小さいほど発熱が小さく、転がり抵抗が小さく、燃費性能に優れることを意味する。
得られた試験片からJIS K6251に準拠して、ダンベル状3号形試験片を打ち抜き、100℃、500mm/分の引張速度条件下で、引張破断強度を測定した。得られた結果は標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1〜2の「耐摩耗性」の欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど引張破断強度が大きく、タイヤにしたときの耐摩耗性が優れることを意味する。

・環状ポリスルフィド:特開2002‐293783号公報に記載の実施例3の方法に従って合成した環状ポリスルフィド(式(I)におけるRが(CH2)6、x(平均値)が4、nが1〜5)
・酸化亜鉛:正同化学工業社製 酸化亜鉛3種
・ステアリン酸:日油社製 ビーズステアリン酸
・老化防止剤1:Solutia Europe社製 SANTOFLEX 6PPD
・老化防止剤2:NOCIL LIMITED社製 PILNOX TDQ
・加硫促進剤1:大内新興化学工業社製 ノクセラーCZ‐G
・加硫促進剤2:住友化学社製 ソクシノールD‐G
各試験タイヤを標準リム(リムサイズ195×65R15)に組み付けて、空気圧を250kPaとして、試験車両にそれぞれ装着し、乾燥路面からなるテストコースを走行し、ハンドルを切ったときの応答性についてテストドライバーによる官能評価を行った。評価結果は、評点3を基準とする5段階で採点し、表4〜6の「ドライ性能」の欄に示した。この評点が大きいほど、ドライ性能(ドライ路面での操縦安定性)に優れることを意味する。
各試験タイヤを標準リム(リムサイズ195×65R15)に組み付けて、空気圧を250kPaとして、試験車両にそれぞれ装着し、散水された水深1mmのウェット路面からなるテストコースを走行し、ハンドルを切ったときの応答性についてテストドライバーによる官能評価を行った。評価結果は、評点3を基準とする5段階で採点し、表4〜6の「ウェット性能」の欄に示した。この評点が大きいほど、ウェット性能(ウェット路面での操縦安定性)に優れることを意味する。

Claims (3)
- 車両に対する装着方向が指定されており、タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部を有し、該トレッド部にタイヤ周方向に沿って延在する縦溝および/またはタイヤ幅方向に沿って延在する横溝が形成され、且つ、該トレッド部がトレッド用ゴム組成物で構成された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部のタイヤ赤道よりも車両内側となる車両内側領域での溝面積比率Sinが30%〜39%であり、前記トレッド部の前記タイヤ赤道よりも車両外側となる車両外側領域での溝面積比率Soutが20%〜30%であり、前記溝面積比率Sinと前記溝面積比率Soutとの差ΔSが6%〜14%であり、
前記トレッド用ゴム組成物は、天然ゴム10質量部〜30質量部と溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴムおよび/または乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム70質量部〜90質量部とからなるジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、シリカ80質量部〜150質量部と、下記式(I)で示される環状ポリスルフィド0.5質量部〜10質量部とが配合され、更に炭素数が3〜20であるアルキル基を有するアルキルトリエトキシシランが前記シリカ量に対して3質量%〜10質量%配合されたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記シリカのCTAB吸着比表面積が180m2 /g〜250m2 /gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して芳香族テルペン樹脂を1質量部〜25質量部配合したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
