Claims (7)
- 金型の内部に樹脂を流入することによって、前記金型の異なる位置に第1成形部品と第2成形部品を成形する第1の成形工程と、
前記金型の内部で前記第1成形部品と前記第2成形部品を第1の方向に係合させた状態で、当該係合の部分に樹脂を流入することによって、前記第1成形部品と第2成形部品を結合して樹脂モールドを成形する第2の成形工程と
を有する樹脂モールド成形方法であって、
前記第2成形部品は、前記第1の成形工程において、前記第1の方向に移動可能な第1の駒と前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に移動可能な第2の駒を係合させた領域に樹脂を流入することによって形成され、且つ、前記第2の成形工程において、前記第1の駒は前記第2成形部品と当接され前記第2の駒は前記第2成形部品から離間された状態で前記樹脂が流入されることによって前記第1成形部品と結合され、
前記第1の成形工程で前記第1の駒と前記第2の駒が配置する領域は、前記第1の駒と前記第2の駒が前記第2成形部品から離間された状態において、互いに連結する中空領域となり、前記第1の成形工程の係合において、前記第1の駒は前記第1の方向に延在する複数の壁を有し、前記複数の壁のうちの少なくとも1つの壁において、前記第1の方向における端面は前記第2の駒とは当接せず、かつ、側面は前記第2の駒と当接していることを特徴とする樹脂モールド成形方法。 - 前記金型は、固定側金型と、前記第1の方向に移動することによって前記固定側金型との間で型締めおよび離間を切り替えることが可能な可動側金型で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。
- 前記金型は、前記可動側金型の内部で前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向と交差する第3の方向に移動可能なダイスライド金型を備え、
前記第1の成形工程と前記第2の成形工程の間に、前記可動側金型を前記固定側金型から離間させ、前記ダイスライド金型を前記第3の方向に移動させることによって、前記固定側金型に支持される前記第1成形部品と前記ダイスライド金型に支持される前記第2成形部品の前記第3の方向における位置合わせを行う工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。 - 前記第1の成形工程では、前記金型の内部の前記第1成形部品および前記第2成形部品とは異なる位置に第3成形部品を更に成形し、
前記第2の成形工程では、前記第3成形部品を前記第2成形部品に対して前記第2の方向から当接させることにより、前記第1成形部品と前記第2成形部品と前記第3成形部品を結合して前記樹脂モールドを成形することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。 - 前記第1の成形工程の係合において、前記第1の駒の前記先端の一部は、前記第1の方向において、前記中空領域のほぼ中央の位置まで延在していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。
- 前記樹脂モールドは、複数の前記中空領域に収容したインクのそれぞれを吐出素子部に個別に供給するためのインク収容部材であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。
- 前記第1の駒は前記吐出素子部を配置する領域と当該吐出素子部にインクを導く流路を形成するための形状を有し、前記第2の駒は前記吐出素子部および前記第1の駒よりも前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向と交差する第3の方向に大きな領域から前記第1の駒によって形成される前記流路までインクを導く液路を形成するための形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の樹脂モールド成形方法。
