Claims (6)
- モールドフラックスとして、
SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Na2O、F、及びニッケル(Ni)酸化物を含有する組成物を含み、
前記ニッケル(Ni)酸化物は、前記組成物の全体重量に対して10wt%超過〜40wt%以下の範囲で含有され、
前記組成物の全体重量に対して、前記MgOを1.0〜1.5wt%、前記Al2O3を5〜7wt%、前記Na2Oを3〜5wt%、前記Fを5〜7wt%含み、その他はCaO及びSiO2を含むことを特徴とするモールドフラックス。 - 前記CaO/SiO2は0.8〜1.4の比で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモールドフラックス。
- モールドに溶鋼を供給して鋳片を製造する連続鋳造方法として、
前記溶鋼の上部にSiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Na2O、F、及びニッケル(Ni)酸化物を含むモールドフラックスを供給しながら鋳片の表面に前記ニッケル酸化物が濃厚に含まれるコーティング層を形成し、
前記ニッケル酸化物は、前記モールドフラックスの全体重量に対して10wt%超過〜40wt%以下の範囲で含有され、
前記モールドフラックスは、全体重量に対してwt%で、前記MgOを1.0〜1.5wt%、前記Al2O3を5〜7wt%、前記Na2Oを3〜5wt%、前記Fを5〜7wt%、及びその他は、前記SiO2及びCaOを含むことを特徴とする連続鋳造方法。 - 前記溶鋼は銅を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連続鋳造方法。
- 前記CaO及びSiO2は、0.8〜1.4の比で構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連続鋳造方法。
- 前記モールドフラックスは、前記溶鋼のトン当たり0.1kg〜1kgの範囲で投入されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連続鋳造方法。
