Description
(1)車両の前後方向に延びる骨格部材を有する下部車体と、
前記下部車体の前部下方に位置し、前記下部車体の前記骨格部材に装着されているフロントサスペンションメンバと、
前記下部車体と前記フロントサスペンションメンバの間に介在するスペーサであって、当該スペーサには、前記骨格部材に固定するためのボルトが貫通する少なくとも1つのボルト孔が形成され、さらに当該スペーサは、最も車両前方に位置するボルト孔を形成する部分から車両前方に延びる延伸部を有し、前記延伸部の前端面が前記フロントサスペンションメンバの後壁面に対向する、スペーサと、
を備える、車両の下部構造。
Claims (5)
- 車両の前後方向に延びる骨格部材を有する下部車体と、
前記下部車体の前部下方に位置し、前記下部車体の前記骨格部材に装着されているフロントサスペンションメンバと、
前記フロントサスペンションメンバの装着時に前記骨格部材との間に介在し、前記フロントサスペンションメンバと前記骨格部材の距離を規定するスペーサであって、前記フロントサスペンションメンバの後壁面に対向する前端面を有し、前面衝突時において、前記前端面に、前記フロントサスペンションメンバの前記後壁面が当接する、スペーサと、
を備え、
前記スペーサには、当該スペーサを前記フロントサスペンションメンバと共に前記骨格部材に固定するためのボルトが貫通する少なくとも1つのボルト孔が形成されている、
車両の下部構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の下部構造であって、前記スペーサは、最も車両前方に位置するボルト孔を形成する部分から車両前方に延びる延伸部を有し、当該延伸部の前端面が前記スペーサの前記前端面である、車両の下部構造。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両の下部構造であって、前記フロントサスペンションメンバは、前記後壁面の下部から後方に延び前記スペーサに結合する舌状の後方取り付け部を有し、当該後方取り付け部は、前記スペーサに結合している部分と前記後壁面との間に脆弱構造を有する、車両の下部構造。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の下部構造であって、前記下部車体の下方かつ前記フロントサスペンションメンバの後方に搭載され、車両駆動用の電力を蓄えるバッテリを備える、車両の下部構造。
- 請求項4に記載の車両の下部構造であって、前記フロントサスペンションメンバと前記バッテリの間に、前記バッテリに接続している電力線が配置され、前面衝突時において、前記スペーサによって前記フロントサスペンションメンバの後退を抑制し、前記フロントサスペンションメンバの前記電力線への接近を抑制する、車両の下部構造。
