Description
Claims (4)
- 部品実装装置のヘッドに複数種類のノズルを保持可能なノズル保持機構であって、
前記ヘッドの保持部に設けられた磁石と、
前記ヘッドの保持部に保持される側の前記ノズルの被保持部のうち前記磁石と対向する位置に設けられ、前記磁石に吸引される磁性体と、
を備え、
前記磁性体は、前記ヘッドに前記ノズルが保持されている状態で前記磁石との間に隙間を有するように設けられ、
前記隙間は、重量の小さいノズルほど広くなるように調整されている、
ことを特徴とするノズル保持機構。 - 請求項1記載のノズル保持機構を備える部品実装装置であって、
前記ヘッドを移動させる移動装置と、
前記磁石よりも磁力が強い強力磁石と、
前記ヘッドの保持部に設けられた磁石に異物が付着しているか否かを判定し、前記磁石に異物が付着していると判定すると、前記異物が前記強力磁石により引き剥がされるよう前記移動装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備える部品実装装置。 - 請求項2記載の部品実装装置であって、
前記ヘッドの保持部を撮像する撮像装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ヘッドに前記ノズルを保持する前に前記撮像装置により前記ヘッドの保持部を撮像し、該撮像により得られた画像に基づいて前記磁石に異物が付着しているか否かを判定する、
部品実装装置。 - 請求項2記載の部品実装装置であって、
前記ノズルの吸着口に負圧を供給する負圧流路と、
前記負圧流路に設けられた流量センサと、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ヘッドに前記ノズルが保持された状態で前記流量センサにより検出される流量に基づいて前記磁石に異物が付着しているか否かを判定する、
部品実装装置。
