Claims (8)
- 有機シランの一般式はR1 mSiXn(OR2)k
(式中、R1は炭素数2〜20の炭化水素基であり、且つR1の末端には、α−オレフィン二重結合、ノルボルネニル基、シクロアルケン基、又はジシクロペンタジエン基を含み、Xはハロゲンであり、R2は炭素数1〜10の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基であり、mは2又は3であり、nは1又は2であり、kは0であり、且つm+n+k=4である(但し、R 1 がビニル基、アリル基、及び3−ブテニル基であるものを除く)。)
であることを特徴とするポリオレフィン釜内アロイの製造における有機シランの使用。 - 前記有機シランは、ビス(7−オクテニル)ジクロロシラン、ビス[2−(5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネニル)エチル]ジクロロシラン、ビス[2−(3−シクロヘキセニル)エチル]ジクロロシラン、及びビス[2−(ジシクロペンタジエン)エチリデン]ジクロロシランのうちの少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の使用。
- 触媒の存在下で第一オレフィン単量体を第1重合反応させた後、重合反応系に第二オレフィン単量体を導入して第2重合反応を行う工程、及び
前記第2重合反応の完了後、得られた第2重合反応の生成物を20〜120℃で、水及び/又はアルコールを使用して洗浄する工程を含み、
前記第一オレフィン単量体が第二オレフィン単量体と異なり、且つ
一般式R1 mSiXn(OR2)k
(式中、R1は炭素数2〜20の炭化水素基であり、且つR1の末端には、α−オレフィン二重結合、ノルボルネニル基、シクロアルケン基、又はジシクロペンタジエン基を含み、Xはハロゲンであり、R2は炭素数1〜10の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基であり、mは2又は3であり、nは1又は2であり、kは0であり、且つm+n+kは4である(但し、R 1 がビニル基及びアリル基であるものを除く)。)
で表される有機シランの存在下に第1重合反応及び/又は第2重合反応を行う、ことを特徴とするポリオレフィン釜内アロイの製造方法。 - 前記有機シランは、ビス(7−オクテニル)ジクロロシラン、ビス[2−(5−エチリデン−2−ノルボルネニル)エチル]ジクロロシラン、ビス[2−(3−シクロヘキセニル)エチル]ジクロロシラン、及びビス[2−(ジシクロペンタジエン)エチリデン]ジクロロシランのうちの少なくとも1種である請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記有機シランの総使用量は、第一オレフィン単量体及び第二オレフィン単量体の総使用量100重量部に対して、0.0001〜20重量部である請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1重合反応は前記有機シランの非存在下で行い、前記第2重合反応は前記有機シランの存在下に行う請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒はチーグラー・ナッタ(Ziegler−Natta)触媒、メタロセン触媒及び非メタロセン触媒のうちの少なくとも1種であり、
前記第一オレフィン単量体はプロピレンであり、且つ前記第二オレフィン単量体はエチレンとα−オレフィンとの混合物であり、
前記第1重合反応の条件は、反応温度を30〜90℃とし、反応時間を0.05〜10時間とすることを含み、前記第2重合反応の条件は、反応温度を60〜120℃とし、反応時間を0.1〜10時間とすることを含む請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られたポリオレフィン釜内アロイ。
