Description
往復動ポンピング部材と、該往復動ポンピング部材を往復動させるようにされた駆動部と、該往復動ポンピング部材及び該駆動部を収納するケーシングとを有し、該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動によって流体を搬送するようにされたポンプであって、
該ケーシングが、
該駆動部を保持する駆動部保持部を有する第1ケーシング部材と、
該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動方向において該第1ケーシング部材に重ねて取り付けられた第2ケーシング部材であって、該往復動ポンピング部材に対して該往復動方向で対向し該往復動方向を横切る横断方向に広がる端壁部を有する第2ケーシング部材と、
該往復動ポンピング部材の周囲で該駆動部保持部と該端壁部との間を該往復動方向に延びる筒状のポンプ室周壁部と、
を有し、
該第1ケーシング部材と該第2ケーシング部材の該端壁部との間に、該ポンプ室周壁部の内側に位置し該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動により容積が増減するポンプ室と、該ポンプ室周壁部の周囲に位置し該ポンプ室周壁部を該横断方向に貫通する第1連通路を介して該ポンプ室に連通する吐出室と、該吐出室に該横断方向で隣接し該横断方向に延びる第2連通路を介して該吐出室に連通したバッファ室とが画定されるようにされた、ポンプを提供する。

Claims (4)
- 往復動ポンピング部材と、該往復動ポンピング部材を往復動させるようにされた駆動部と、該往復動ポンピング部材及び該駆動部を収納するケーシングとを有し、該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動によって流体を搬送するようにされたポンプであって、
該ケーシングが、
該駆動部を保持する駆動部保持部、及び該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動方向を横切る横断方向で該駆動部保持部に隣接して設けられたバッファ室構成部、を有する第1ケーシング部材と、
該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動方向において該第1ケーシング部材に重ねて取り付けられた第2ケーシング部材であって、該往復動ポンピング部材に対して該往復動方向で対向し該横断方向に広がる端壁部を有する第2ケーシング部材と、
該往復動ポンピング部材の周囲で該駆動部保持部と該端壁部との間を該往復動方向に延びる筒状のポンプ室周壁部と、
を有し、
該第1ケーシング部材と該第2ケーシング部材の該端壁部との間に、該ポンプ室周壁部の内側に位置し該往復動ポンピング部材の往復動により容積が増減するポンプ室と、該ポンプ室周壁部の周囲に位置し該ポンプ室周壁部を該横断方向に貫通する第1連通路を介して該ポンプ室に連通する吐出室と、該吐出室に該横断方向で隣接し該横断方向に延びる第2連通路を介して該吐出室に連通したバッファ室とが該横断方向に並んで画定されるようにされ、該バッファ室構成部が該第2ケーシング部材の該端壁部に向かって開口した内部空間を有し、該内部空間が該バッファ室の少なくとも一部を構成するようにされた、ポンプ。 - 該第2連通路を画定する通路部材であって、該第1ケーシング部材と該第2ケーシング部材との間に挟持された通路部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 該第2連通路が該バッファ室に向かうにしたがって横断面積が小さくなっていくようにされた、請求項1又は2に記載のポンプ。
- 該バッファ室の中に位置する入口開口から該バッファ室の外に位置する出口開口にまで延びる外部連通路をさらに備え、該外部連通路が該入口開口から該出口開口に向かうにしたがって横断面積が小さくなっていく縮小流路部を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のポンプ。
