Claims (9)
- 流体が流入する吸入口および該流体が流出する少なくとも2つの吐出口が設けられた弁ケースと、前記少なくとも2つの吐出口を開閉するためにそれぞれに設けられる少なくとも2つの弁体と、棒状体の形状に形成され、前記弁体を駆動するために設けられる駆動体と、該駆動体を回転駆動させる駆動源とを含む多方向切替バルブであって、
前記駆動体および前記駆動源は、前記弁ケース内の前記吸入口から前記吐出口までの前記流体の流路内に配置されており、
前記弁体は、一端部側に前記吐出口を閉塞する閉塞部と、他端部側に前記閉塞部を移動させる弾力を生じさせる弾性部材部とを有し、
前記弁体には、さらに、前記駆動体の側面に設けられた凸状部が押し当てられる壁面を形成するための厚肉部が、前記弁体の表面から前記駆動体の軸方向に突出して形成されており、
前記駆動体の回転によって前記凸状部が前記少なくとも2つの弁体のいずれかの前記壁面に押し当てられ、前記少なくとも2つの吐出口を順に開放または閉塞させるように構成されてなることを特徴とする多方向切替バルブ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの弁体が前記駆動体の軸方向に沿って設けられ、
前記弁体は、前記閉塞部と前記弾性部材部とを接続し、前記弾力による前記閉塞部の移動方向と交差する方向に前記弁体を貫く貫通孔を有する本体部をさらに有し、
前記駆動体は前記少なくとも2つの弁体それぞれの前記貫通孔に挿入されており、
前記駆動体の回転により前記凸状部が前記少なくとも2つの弁体それぞれの前記壁面に順に押し当てられ、前記閉塞部を前記駆動体と交差する方向に移動させて前記少なくとも2つの吐出口を順に開放または閉塞させるように構成されてなる請求項1記載の多方向切替バルブ。 - 前記弾性部材部は、前記吐出口が閉塞されるように前記閉塞部を移動させる弾力を生じさせるように構成され、
前記閉塞部は、前記凸状部が前記弁体に押し当てられることによって、前記吐出口から離れて前記吐出口が開放されるように構成されてなる請求項1または2記載の多方向切替バルブ。 - 前記壁面は、前記弾力による前記閉塞部の移動方向と同じ方向または該移動方向に対して鋭角をなす方向に向けられた部分を少なくとも含み、外周の一部に他の部分よりも突出して形成された頭頂部を有する板カムの該頭頂部が前記駆動体の前記凸状部として設けられ、前記駆動体の所定の回転角において前記板カムの前記頭頂部が前記壁面に押し当てられるように構成されてなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多方向切替バルブ。
- 前記弾性部材部が、断面形状がくの字形の一対の板ばねを含んでおり、該一対の板ばねの前記閉塞部と反対側の端部が前記弁ケースの内壁に支持される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多方向切替バルブ。
- 前記弾性部材部が、コイルばねを含み、前記コイルばねの一端が前記弁ケースの内壁に支持され、前記コイルばねの他端が前記弁体の前記他端部側に支持される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多方向切替バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの吐出口が前記弁ケースの1つの面に前記駆動体の軸方向に沿って並べて設けられており、前記凸状部が前記駆動体の周方向において相互に異なる向きに向けられて設けられる請求項1〜6記載の多方向切替バルブ。
- 前記凸状部が前記駆動体と一体的に形成され、前記駆動体が、相互に連結および分離可能な2つ以上の構成部品を連結して構成される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多方向切替バルブ。
- エアーポンプが前記吸入口に接続され、前記少なくとも2つの吐出口が汚水浄化槽に接続される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多方向切替バルブ。
