Description
また、駆動軸が下方を向くようにモータを縦姿勢で配置することによって、左右方向に要する空間をより一層小さくすることができ、ポンプの左右方向の小型化をより一層図ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 複数のポンプ室と、該複数のポンプ室のそれぞれに設けられ、かつ、往復動によって流体をポンプ室内へ吸い込んでポンプ室外へ吐出するためのピストン部と、該各ピストン部を往復動させるためにピストン部の数に対応して設けられる複数の駆動回転可能なカムと、該複数のカムを駆動回転するための単一のモータとを備えた往復動ポンプであって、
前記複数のピストン部が同方向に移動して前記複数のポンプ室へ流体を吸い込んで吐出するように該複数のポンプ室が互いに近接して併設され、前記モータの駆動軸が、前記ポンプ室の併設方向両端に位置するピストン部の中心部間に位置するとともに前記ポンプ室の併設方向と略直交しかつ前記ピストン部の移動方向と略直交する方向に向いた姿勢で配置される、又は前記ポンプ室の併設方向と同一方向に延びるように配置され、前記モータの駆動軸に、軸方向に並んで前記複数のカムを近接して配置し、前記複数のカムで前記複数のピストン部をそれぞれ往復動するよう該複数のカムと該複数のピストン部とを連係し、
前記少なくとも2つのポンプ室が、左右方向に併設され、前記ポンプ室と同数のピストン部が、前後方向に移動可能に構成され、前記モータが、前記少なくとも2つのピストン部のうちの左右方向一端側に配置されたピストン部の中心部から左右方向他端側に配置されたピストン部の中心部までの間に該モータの駆動軸が下方を向くように縦姿勢で配置されていることを特徴とする往復動ポンプ。 - 前記各ピストン部のカム側端部に、前記モータの駆動軸側に延びる延出部を備え、該各延出部は、各ピストン部に対応するカムに当接するように、互いに上下方向に位置ずれしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポンプ室が、略同一高さ位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記各ピストン部の往復動を移動案内するための案内部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポンプ室を一体形成するためのポンプヘッドと、前記モータの駆動軸及び前記少なくとも2つのカムが収納される本体部と、前記ポンプヘッドと前記本体部とを連結するためのグランドフランジとを備え、前記本体部のポンプヘッド側の側壁に、メンテナンス用の開口を形成し、その開口を閉じる開放可能な閉塞部を前記グランドフランジに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の往復動ポンプ。
