Claims (7)
- 蓄電素子と、外装体とを備える蓄電装置であって、
前記蓄電素子は電極体と電解液を内部に密封する容器を備え、
前記容器を備えた前記蓄電素子が前記外装体の内方に収容されており、
外部機器が接続される接続部を有する外部接続端子と、
前記外部接続端子に組み付けられて、前記蓄電素子に電気的に接続された導電部材とを備え、
組み付けられた前記外部接続端子と前記導電部材とは、前記外装体に封止され、
前記外部接続端子の前記接続部が前記外装体から露出し、前記外部接続端子における前記接続部以外の部分が前記外装体に封止されている
蓄電装置。 - 前記導電部材における前記蓄電素子に接続される部分は、前記外装体から露出している
請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - さらに、
前記外部接続端子と前記導電部材とを固定する固定部材を有し、
前記固定部材は、前記外部接続端子と前記導電部材とを固定した状態で、前記外装体に封止されている
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記導電部材における前記蓄電素子に電気的に接続される接続位置と、前記外部接続端子が組み付けられる組み付け位置との途中経路は、屈曲、湾曲及び折曲の少なくとも1つの形状を有する
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記導電部材は、前記接続位置から前記組み付け位置までの少なくとも一部が前記組み付け位置よりも上方となる形状を有し、
前記導電部材における前記少なくとも一部の立ち上がり部分は、前記外装体に封止されている
請求項4に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記導電部材の周縁部には、凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方が形成されている
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法であって、
前記外部接続端子と、前記導電部材とを組み付けた状態で、樹脂材料によりインサート成形することで前記外装体を形成する
