Description
Claims (14)
- 鋼材を製造する方法であって、
前記鋼材上にコーティングを形成するために前記鋼材を亜鉛合金めっきする工程と、
ホットスタンピングの前に850°F〜950°Fの温度で、前記亜鉛合金めっきされた鋼材に対して予合金化熱処理を行う工程と、
を有し、前記予合金化熱処理を行う工程は、オープンコイル焼きなましプロセスを使用し、1〜10時間の滞留時間の間に実施される、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記コーティングは、亜鉛、鉄、およびアルミニウムを有するものである方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記コーティングの重量は、40〜90g/m2の範囲である方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記亜鉛合金めっきする工程は900°F〜1200°Fの温度で行われるものである方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記予合金化熱処理は、2時間〜6時間の滞留時間を有するものである方法。
- 鋼材を製造する方法であって、
前記鋼材上にコーティングを形成するために前記鋼材を亜鉛合金めっきする工程と、
ホットスタンピングの前に850°F〜950°Fの温度で、前記亜鉛合金めっきされた鋼材に対して予合金化熱処理を行う工程と、
を有し、前記予合金化熱処理は、2時間以上の滞留時間でおよび保護雰囲気下で行われるものである方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記保護雰囲気は窒素を有するものである方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記保護雰囲気は100%N2を有するものである方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記保護雰囲気はさらに水素を有するものである方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記保護雰囲気は95%のN2 と5%のH2を有するものである方法。
- 請求項1または6に記載の方法であって、さらに、前記予合金化熱処理後にホットスタンピングする工程を有するものである方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記ホットスタンピングする工程は、1616°F〜約1742°Fの温度を有するものである方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記ホットスタンピングする工程は、2分〜10分の時間を有するものである方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、ホットスタンピングする工程の後、前記コーティングは、30%Znを伴う単一フェーズα―Feを有するものである方法。
