Description
Claims (19)
- スポット接合装置用のマウンティングアセンブリであって、
該マウンティングアセンブリが第1支持アームを備え、
該第1支持アームは、マウンティング面とアクチュエータを収容するよう構成された収容部を有し、
前記マウンティングアセンブリがアライメントブラケットを更に備え、
該アライメントブラケットは、前記アクチュエータと係合するように構成され、前記第1支持アームの前記マウンティング面の複数の位置間を可動であり、
前記アライメントブラケットを前記複数の位置のうちの任意の位置にて固定するよう構成されるクランプアセンブリを更に備える、スポット接合装置用のマウンティングアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記収容部が、前記アクチュエータに対してオーバーサイズとした穿孔を備える、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記アライメントブラケットが、連続体内において前記マウンティング面のあらゆる位置に可動である、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記複数の位置が前記第1支持アームの長手軸に沿って互いに離間している、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記複数の位置は、前記第1支持アームの横幅を跨いで互いに離間している、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、
前記クランプアセンブリがマウンティングラグを備え、
前記マウンティングラグは、前記アライメントブラケットおよび前記マウンティング面の両者に対して固定可能であり、
前記マウンティングラグが複数の位置間にある前記アライメントブラケットおよび/または前記マウンティング面にて可動であることにより、前記アライメントブラケットが、前記マウンティング面の前記複数の位置間を可動である、マウンティングアセンブリ。 - 請求項6に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記マウンティングラグが、少なくとも1つのセットねじを用いる、前記アライメントブラケットおよび/または前記マウンティング面に対して固定可能である、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項7に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記マウンティングラグが、少なくとも1対の対向型セットねじを用いる、前記アライメントブラケットおよび/または前記マウンティング面に対して固定可能である、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項7または8に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、少なくとも1つの前記セットねじが、くさび部材に作用するように配置され、カム面を有する前記くさび部材が、連携するセットねじを締めることで、前記マウンティングラグを変位させるよう配置され、前記アライメントブラケットおよび/または前記マウンティング面が互いに相対的に動くことにより、前記アライメントブラケットが少なくとも1つの前記複数の位置に向けて動く、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記マウンティングラグが、少なくとも1つのシムを用いる、前記アライメントブラケットおよび/または前記マウンティング面に対して固定可能である、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記アライメントブラケットまたは前記マウンティング面が、少なくとも一部の前記マウンティングラグが摺動可能に収容されるガイドウェイを規定し、あるいは、前記マウンティングラグが、少なくとも一部の前記アライメントブラケットまたは前記第1支持アームが摺動可能に収容されるガイドウェイを規定し、前記ガイドウェイが、前記マウンティングラグおよび前記アライメントブラケット、あるいは、前記マウンティングラグおよび前記マウンティング面の相対動作を制限するよう配置される、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、アクチュエータをマウンティングアセンブリにクランプするように構成されたアクチュエータ保持アセンブリを備える、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項12に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記アクチュエータ保持アセンブリが、アクチュエータの円周方向に配置される複数のボルトおよび/またはナットを備える、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、アンビルを収容するよう構成された収容部を有する第2支持アームを更に備え、
前記マウンティングアセンブリが、前記第1支持アームの収容部と前記第2支持アームの収容部との間のスパンを規定する、マウンティングアセンブリ。 - 請求項14に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記マウンティング面が、前記第2支持アームから背向する、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項14または15に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記マウンティング面が、前記スパンに対して実質的に垂直である、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリであって、前記アクチュエータと係合するように構成された第2アライメントブラケットを更に備え、前記第2アライメントブラケットは、前記第1支持アームの第2マウンティング面の複数の位置間にて可動であり、前記マウンティングアセンブリが、前記複数の位置にある前記第2アライメントブラケットを固定するように構成されるクランプアセンブリを更に備える、マウンティングアセンブリ。
- アンビル、アクチュエータおよびダイ、並びに留め具を動かし、あるいは、クリンチングまたはスポット溶接に作用するパンチと、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載のマウンティングアセンブリとを備え、ダイおよびパンチの一方が前記アクチュエータに取り付けられるため可動であり、ダイおよびパンチの他方がアンビルの少なくとも一部を形成する、接合装置。
- 請求項18に記載の装置を使用して加工物の2つ以上の層を留め合わせる製品の製造方法。
