Abstract

一种分瓣式自冲铆钉,包括一体的钉帽和钉杆,其特点是钉杆内为空腔,钉杆空腔的外端开有轴向截面为外边长、内边短的梯形倒角或弧形倒角,钉杆的空心段侧面上开有一条或一条以上的轴向缝隙。本实用新型的分瓣式自冲铆钉在铆接过程中,分瓣式钉杆容易张开,形成的接头具有很高的静强度和抗疲劳强度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械连接用铆钉,尤其是一种分瓣式自冲铆钉。
背景技术
自冲铆接是一种不需要预钻孔连接板料的高速机械紧固法,可用于铆接铝板、钢板、也可以用于不同材料板料之间的铆接,甚至可用于塑料等非金属之间的铆接。与点焊相比具有如下优点:能够连接多层铝、镀层薄钢板、强化塑料、复合材料;不需要预钻孔;耐疲劳;进行联接质量检查时可用肉眼直观观察;对环境影响小、无热辐射、无火花、无废料、低能耗、低噪声;能和粘合剂和润滑剂相容。正因为具有这些优点,自冲铆接越来越受到重视和青睐。但现有的自冲铆钉不足之处是钉杆铆接时不易张开,且容易穿透下层板料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、连接静强度高和抗疲劳强度好的分瓣式自冲铆钉。
本实用新型的分瓣式自冲铆钉,包括一体的钉帽和钉杆,其特点是钉杆内为空腔,钉杆空腔的外端开有轴向截面为外边长、内边短的梯形倒角或弧形倒角,钉杆的空心段侧面上开有一条或一条以上的轴向缝隙。
本实用新型的分瓣式自冲铆钉在铆接过程中,分瓣式钉杆容易张开,形成的接头具有很高的静强度和抗疲劳强度。

具体实施方式
一种分瓣式自冲铆钉,包括一体的钉帽1和钉杆2,其特点是钉杆2内为空腔5,钉杆空腔5的外端开有轴向截面为外边长、内边短的梯形倒角或弧形倒角4,钉杆2的空心段侧面上开有一条或一条以上的轴向缝隙3。钉帽1可以是沉头、平头、盘头、球头等多种形式。使用时,冲头向下运动,推动铆钉钉杆2向下刺穿上板料,在冲头和凹模的共同作用下,钉杆2在上板料和下板料内分瓣向外张开,形成喇叭口以便锁止板料(如图3)。

1、一种分瓣式自冲铆钉,包括一体的钉帽(1)和钉杆(2),其特征在于:钉杆(2)内为空腔(5),钉杆空腔(5)的外端开有轴向截面为外边长、内边短的梯形倒角或弧形倒角(4),钉杆(2)的空心段侧面上开有一条或一条以上的轴向缝隙(3)。
