Description
1.樹脂製の車両内装用基体に接合される車両内装用表皮材において、
前記車両内装用表皮材は、経糸又は緯糸として、側面発光型光ファイバーとマルチフィラメントとを用いて製織された織物を備え、
前記織物の車室内側となる面では、前記側面発光型光ファイバーの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面が、前記マルチフィラメントの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面と比べて前記車両内装用基体に近接していることを特徴とする車両内装用表皮材。
2.前記側面発光型光ファイバーが樹脂製光ファイバーである前記1.に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
3.加熱され、収縮した後、前記車両内装用基体に接合される前記1.又は2.のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
4.前記車両内装用基体に前記車両内装用表皮材が接合されてなる車両用内装材がドアトリムである前記1.乃至3.のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
5.前記車両内装用表皮材は、前記樹脂製光ファイバー糸が、前記ドアトリムの車両の前後方向となるように配設される前記4.に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
また、側面発光型光ファイバーが樹脂製光ファイバーである場合は、容易に製織することができ、柔軟で優れた曲げ衝撃等を有する表皮材とすることができる。
更に、表皮材が、加熱され、収縮した後、車両内装用基体に接合される場合は、マルチフィラメントは側面発光型光ファイバーと比べて長さ方向により大きく収縮し、径方向に拡径するため、側面発光型光ファイバーを容易に表皮材の内方に位置させることができ、光の拡散を軽減させることができるとともに、側面発光型光ファイバーが傷付くことを防止することもできる。
また、車両内装用基体に車両内装用表皮材が接合されてなる車両用内装材がドアトリムである場合は、オーナメント部に、光源を覆い隠すための大きな段差を設ける必要がなく、ドアトリムを簡潔な構造とすることができ、見栄えがよいとともに、拡散光の窓ガラス等への反射も抑えられる。
更に、車両内装用表皮材が、側面発光型光ファイバーが、ドアトリムの車両の前後方向となるように配設される場合は、車両の上下方向となるように配設されたときと比べて、光の拡散による窓ガラス等への反射がより十分に抑えられる。
ここで示される事項は例示的なもの及び本発明の実施形態を例示的に説明するためのものであり、本発明の原理と概念的な特徴とを最も有効に且つ難なく理解できる説明であると思われるものを提供する目的で述べたものである。この点で、本発明の根本的な理解のために必要である程度以上に本発明の構造的な詳細を示すことを意図してはおらず、図面と合わせた説明によって本発明の幾つかの形態が実際にどのように具現化されるかを当業者に明らかにするものである。
尚、この形態は図示していないが、図3において、経糸と緯糸とを取り換えることで同様の表皮材とすることができる(上述の記載では、緯糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントにも、経糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントと同じ符号を用いて説明した。)。
Claims (6)
- 樹脂製の車両内装用基体に接合される車両内装用表皮材において、
前記車両内装用表皮材は、経糸又は緯糸として、側面発光型光ファイバーとマルチフィラメントとを用いて製織された織物を備え、
前記織物の車室内側となる面では、前記側面発光型光ファイバーの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面が、前記マルチフィラメントの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面と比べて前記車両内装用基体に近接しており、
前記側面発光型光ファイバーと前記マルチフィラメントとを緯糸とし、経糸として、前記マルチフィラメントより繊度の小さい経糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが使用され、前記側面発光型光ファイバーには、3〜5本の前記経糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが緯方向に連続して織り込まれており、前記マルチフィラメントには、前記経糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが緯方向に1本織り込まれた織組織であることを特徴とする車両内装用表皮材。 - 樹脂製の車両内装用基体に接合される車両内装用表皮材において、
前記車両内装用表皮材は、経糸又は緯糸として、側面発光型光ファイバーとマルチフィラメントとを用いて製織された織物を備え、
前記織物の車室内側となる面では、前記側面発光型光ファイバーの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面が、前記マルチフィラメントの車室内側の側面を繋いで構成される仮想面と比べて前記車両内装用基体に近接しており、
前記側面発光型光ファイバーと前記マルチフィラメントとを経糸とし、緯糸として、前記マルチフィラメントより繊度の小さい緯糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが使用され、前記側面発光型光ファイバーには、3〜5本の前記緯糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが経方向に連続して織り込まれており、前記マルチフィラメントには、前記緯糸用小繊度マルチフィラメントが経方向に1本織り込まれた織組織であることを特徴とする車両内装用表皮材。 - 前記側面発光型光ファイバーが樹脂製光ファイバーである請求項1又は2に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
- 加熱され、収縮した後、前記車両内装用基体に接合される請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
- 前記車両内装用基体に前記車両内装用表皮材が接合されてなる車両用内装材がドアトリムである請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
- 前記車両内装用表皮材は、前記側面発光型光ファイバーが、前記ドアトリムの車両の前後方向となるように配設される請求項5に記載の車両内装用表皮材。
