Description
本出願は、2014年5月12日に出願の欧州特許出願欧州特許出願公開第14167824.3号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、この出願の全内容は参照により本明細書に援用される。参照により本明細書に援用される特許、特許出願、および刊行物のいずれかの開示が用語を不明瞭にさせ得る程度まで本出願の記載と矛盾する場合、本記載が優先するものとする。
式(I):−NH−R1−CO−
式(II):−NH−R2−NH−CO−R3−CO−
(式中:
− 出現ごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なるR1は、1〜17個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基であり;
− 出現ごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なるR2は、1〜18個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基であり;
− 出現ごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なるR3は、1〜16個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基である)
のいずれかに従う繰り返し単位[繰り返し単位[(RPA)]を含むポリアミドを意味することを意図する。
(i)−NH−(CH2)5−CO−、すなわち、ε−カプロラクタムの重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(ii)−NH−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、9−アミノノナン酸の重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(iii)−NH−(CH2)9−CO−、すなわち、10−アミノデカン酸の重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(iv)−NH−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、11−アミノウンデカン酸の重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(v)−NH−(CH2)11−CO−、すなわち、ラウロラクタムの重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(vi)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO−、すなわち、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとアジピン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(vii)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとセバシン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(viii)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(ix)−NH−(CH2)10−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、デカメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(x)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)7−CO−、すなわち、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとアゼライン酸(別名ノナン二酸として知られる)との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(xi)−NH−(CH2)12−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、ドデカメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(xii)−NH−(CH2)10−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、デカメチレンジアミンとデカン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(k)−NH−(CH2)4−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO−、すなわち、1,4−ブタンジアミンとアジピン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位;および
(kk)−NH−(CH2)4−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、1,4−ブタンジアミンとセバシン酸との重縮合反応によってとりわけ得ることができる繰り返し単位
である。

a)少なくとも1つの半結晶性ポリアミド 48.0〜65.5重量%;
b)少なくとも1つの導電性材料 8.0〜10.0重量%;
c)少なくとも1つの非晶質ポリアミド 4.0〜10.0重量%;
d)少なくとも1つのポリエステル 4.0〜10.0重量%;
e)少なくとも1つの充填材 18.0〜20.0重量%;および
f)少なくとも1つの添加剤 0.5〜2.0重量%
を含み、ここで、a)〜f)の総量は、組成物の100重量%である。
a)少なくとも1つの半結晶性ポリアミド 53.0〜69.0重量%;
b)少なくとも1つの導電性材料 8.0〜12.0重量%;
c)少なくとも1つの非晶質ポリアミド 4.5〜13.0重量%;
e)少なくとも1つの充填材 18.0〜20.0重量%;および
f)少なくとも1つの添加剤 0.5〜2.0重量%
を含み、ここで、a)、b)、c)、e)、およびf)の総量は、組成物の100重量%である。
比較例1、2、および3(本明細書では以下、比較例1、比較例2、および比較例3):ポリアミド6,6と、炭素繊維と、PETと、無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたオレフィンコポリマーと、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)と、ガラス繊維と、添加剤との混合物。
− ポリアミド6,6:STABAMID(登録商標)26AE1 K PA66は、Solvay Polyamide&Intermediatesから入手可能な半結晶性ポリアミド6,6である;
− 炭素繊維:東レ株式会社から入手可能なXS12;
− ガラス繊維:日本電気硝子株式会社(NEG)から入手可能な289H;
− 非晶質ポリアミド:E.I.DuPontから商品名Selar(登録商標)PA3426で商業的に入手可能なポリアミド6I/6T;
− PET:Woongjin Chemical Co.,Ltd.から入手可能なA9066;
− 無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたオレフィンコポリマー:E.I.DuPontから入手可能なFusabond(登録商標)493D;および
− HDPE:Daelim Koreaから入手可能なLH6070。
ポリアミド6,6の加熱をその融点以上の温度で実施して溶融ポリアミド6,6を生成した。
溶融ポリアミド6,6マトリックスを同様に生成した。実施例1および2の組成物は、前記溶融ポリアミド6,6、非晶質ポリアミド、PET、および添加剤を一緒に、各サイドフィーダーを用いることによって押出機のサイドフィーディング域を通してガラス繊維および炭素繊維をフィードしながら、比較例1で用いられたものと同じ押出機のホッパーに混ぜ込むことによって得た。押出条件は、比較例1についてのものと同じであった。
Claims (9)
- a)組成物の総重量に対して15.0〜92.0重量%の量の少なくとも1つの半結晶性ポリアミドと、b)組成物の総重量に対して3.0〜40.0重量%の量の少なくとも1つの導電性材料と、c)組成物の総重量に対して2.5〜15.0重量%の量の少なくとも1つの非晶質ポリアミドと、d)組成物の総重量に対して2.5〜30.0重量%の量の少なくとも1つのポリエステルとを含む組成物であって、
c)非晶質ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6I/6T、ポリアミド6I/10T、ならびにそれらの混合物およびコポリアミドからなる群、好ましくはポリアミド6I/6Tから選択される、組成物。 - a)半結晶性ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6,6、ポリアミド6,10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6,12、ならびにそれらの混合物およびコポリアミドからなる群、好ましくはポリアミド6およびポリアミド6,6、より好ましくはポリアミド6,6から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- b)導電性材料が、カーボンブラック、炭素繊維、カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)、黒鉛、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群、好ましくは炭素繊維から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- d)ポリエステルが、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンアジペート、ポリエチレンスクシネート、ポリブチレンスクシネート、ポリエチレンセバケート、ポリブチレンセバケートおよびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群、好ましくはPETから選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- e)ガラス繊維、ガラスビーズ、炭酸カルシウム、シリケート、タルク、カオリン、マイカ、木粉、ならびに他の天然物の粉末および繊維、ならびに合成繊維からなる群、好ましくはガラス繊維から選択される少なくとも1つの充填材をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- f)着色剤、潤滑剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、難燃剤、可塑剤、核形成剤、界面活性剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の射出成形によって製造される成形部品。
- 自動車用途のハウジングまたはハウジング部品、好ましくは自動車用途でのディーゼル燃料フィルターハウジングを製造するための請求項7に記載の成形部品の使用。
- 請求項7に記載の成形部品を含む、自動車用途のハウジングまたはハウジング部品。
