Description
Claims (25)
- インプラントを扱うための携帯用容器であって、前記携帯用容器が、
所定の組成物のイオン化流体を封入する密閉コンパートメントであって、前記密閉コンパートメントが、前記密閉コンパートメントの中に、生体内に取り付けられるように構成されたインプラントをさらに含み、前記密閉コンパートメントが、ユーザによって開けられ、それによって前記携帯用容器から前記インプラントを取り除くことを可能にするように構成される、密閉コンパートメントと、
導電性材料で作られ、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で少なくとも1つの導電体と電気的に関連付けられ、前記インプラントに接している環境内にて前記密閉コンパートメントの内側でプラズマ生成電場を印加するために構成された少なくとも1つの電極と、
を備え、
前記携帯用容器が、前記密閉コンパートメントの内側に前記インプラントを保管すること、前記インプラントが前記携帯用容器の中に保管されている状態で前記携帯用容器を出荷すること、及び、前記密閉コンパートメントのシールを破壊せずに、電場を使用し、前記流体内でプラズマを生成し、それによって前記インプラントの湿潤性を増加させるべく前記インプラントを表面処理することを可能にするように構成される、携帯用容器。 - 前記インプラントが人工インプラントを含む、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが金属製である、請求項2に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極が前記インプラントを備え、前記インプラントが、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で前記少なくとも1つの導電体と電気的に関連付けられる、請求項3に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で前記少なくとも1つの導電体と電気的に接続される、請求項4に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で前記少なくとも1つの導電体と容量結合される、請求項4に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが、少なくとも前記インプラントの表面上で誘電性である、請求項2に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが乳房インプラントを含む、請求項7に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントが、導電部分及び電気的に絶縁している部分を含む、請求項2に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記インプラントがバイオマテリアルを備える、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記バイオマテリアルが、骨移植片、テキスタイルベースのポリマー、ヒドロキシアパタイト、ヘルニアメッシュ、及びコラーゲン膜の内の1つ以上を含む、請求項10に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極が、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で前記少なくとも1つの導電体との電気接点を有する細長い部材を備え、前記バイオマテリアルが、粉末、砕かれた顆粒、パテ、チップ、ゲル、ペースト、及び任意のその組合せから成るグループから選択される形態にあり、前記バイオマテリアルが、前記細長い部材の周りで前記密閉コンパートメントの内側に配置される、請求項10に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記流体が、アルゴン、ヘリウム、窒素、酸素、及び任意のその組合せから成るグループからの少なくとも1つを含むガスである、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記ガスが10KPa以下の圧力を有する、請求項13に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極が2つの電極を備え、前記2つの電極が、互いから電気的に切断され、容量結合プラズマ(CPC)運転モードで前記2つの電極の間にプラズマ生成電場を印加するように構成される、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極が前記流体から電気的に絶縁され、それによって誘電破壊放電(DBD)運転モードで前記密閉コンパートメント内でプラズマを生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記密閉コンパートメントをその中に含む外部カプセルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記外部カプセルが、前記外部カプセルから前記密閉コンパートメントを自由に解放するために構成される、請求項17に記載の携帯用容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極が、前記インプラントを含み、前記密閉コンパートメントの外側で前記少なくとも1つの導電体と電気的に関連付けられる、請求項17に記載の携帯用容器。
- 生体内にインプラントを取り付ける前の、前記インプラントの湿潤性を増加させる前記インプラントのプラズマ処理のための機器であって、前記機器が、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用容器、及び活性化装置を備え、前記活性化装置が、少なくとも1つの電極と電気的に関連付けられるように構成され、前記インプラントに接している環境内にて、前記携帯用容器の密閉コンパートメント内でプラズマ生成電場を印加するために適切な電力を前記少なくとも1つの電極に提供するように構成された電気回路を含む、機器。
- 前記携帯用容器が前記活性化装置から取り外し可能であり、前記機器が、前記携帯用容器が前記長穴内に配置されるときに、前記携帯用容器の密閉コンパートメント内でプラズマ生成電場を印加するために適切な電力を前記少なくとも1つの電極に提供するべく前記携帯用容器を受け入れるように構成された長穴をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の機器。
- 密閉コンパートメント内でプラズマ生成電場を印加するために適切な電力を前記少なくとも1つの電極に提供するべく前記電気回路と電気的に関連付けられるように構成された携帯用電源をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の機器。
- 生体内に取り付けられるように構成されたインプラントを扱う方法であって、前記方法が、
その中に密閉されたインプラントを有する携帯用容器の密閉コンパートメントの内側で、前記インプラントに接している環境内にてプラズマ生成電磁(EM)場を印加することによって前記密閉コンパートメントの内側でプラズマを生成し、それによって前記インプラントの湿潤性を増加させることであって、前記密閉コンパートメントが、所定の組成物のイオン化流体を封入し、前記プラズマが、前記インプラントが前記携帯用容器の中に保管されている状態で前記携帯用容器を出荷することに続き、前記密閉コンパートメントのシールを破壊せずに生成され、前記密閉コンパートメントが、ユーザによって開けられ、それによって前記携帯用容器から前記インプラントを取り除くことを可能にするように構成されることと、
前記プラズマを生成することに続き、前記密閉コンパートメントを開け、前記密閉コンパートメントから前記インプラントを取り除くことと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記プラズマを生成することが、活性化装置の長穴内に前記携帯用容器を配置することによって行われ、前記活性化装置が、少なくとも1つの電極と電気的に関連付けられるように構成され、前記携帯用容器が前記長穴内に配置されるときに、前記密閉コンパートメント内でプラズマ生成電場を印加するために適切な電力を前記少なくとも1つの電極に提供するように構成された電気回路を有する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯用容器が、前記密閉コンパートメントをその中に被包する外部カプセルを含み、前記方法が、前記プラズマを生成することの後で且つ前記密閉コンパートメントを開けることの前に、前記外部カプセルから前記密閉コンパートメントを解放することをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
