Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る医療用滅菌装置1の概略構造を示すものである。この医療用滅菌装置1は、医療器具等の滅菌対象物100を滅菌する場合に用いられるものである。
図4は、本発明の実施形態2に係る医療用滅菌装置1を示すものである。この実施形態2の滅菌装置1は、実施形態1のものに対し、非拡散プラズマ生成器11及び補助プラズマ生成器12を備えている点で異なっており、他の部分は同じであるため、以下、同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分について詳細に説明する。

Claims (2)
- 医療行為時に使用される滅菌対象物を滅菌する医療用滅菌装置であって、
滅菌対象物が収容される滅菌室と、
上記滅菌室内に酸素を供給する気体供給装置と、
上記滅菌室内にオゾンを充満させるオゾン発生器と、
上記滅菌室を減圧する真空引き装置と、
上記気体供給装置、上記オゾン発生器及び上記真空引き装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
上記制御装置は、上記気体供給装置を作動させて上記滅菌室内の雰囲気を酸素と置換した後、上記真空引き装置を作動させて上記滅菌室を減圧し、その後、上記オゾン発生器を作動させて上記滅菌室内にオゾンを充満させるように構成され、
上記医療用滅菌装置は、上記気体供給装置により酸素が供給された上記滅菌室内にプラズマを発生させるプラズマ発生器をさらに備えていることを特徴とする医療用滅菌装置。 - 請求項1に記載の医療用滅菌装置において、
滅菌室内に配設され、上記滅菌対象物を支持する支持部と、
上記支持部に接続され、電圧の印加によって上記滅菌室内の電荷粒子を加速させて該滅菌対象物に衝突させる加速器とを備えていることを特徴とする医療用滅菌装置。
