Claims (12)
- 弁輪と開放構成および閉止構成を有する前弁尖および後弁尖とを有する心臓弁の接合不全を治療するためのインプラントであって、
前記後弁尖に対して配設されるように構成された第1の接合表面と、前記前弁尖に向かって配設されるように構成された反対側の第2の表面とを有する、接合補助体であって、少なくとも1つの天然の弁尖と前記接合補助体との接合の助けになるように構成されている、前記接合補助体と、
僧帽弁の弁輪、心房の組織、又は他の組織にねじ込むかまたは係合するように構成されているアンカーと、
前記インプラントに構造的支持を提供するように構成されているフレームであって、前記アンカーを受容するように構成されているアンカーアイレットを備えている前記フレームと、
心臓の内部に配備されると移植片の形状および位置を維持する助けとなるように構成されている少なくとも1つのリボンであって、前記少なくとも1つのリボンが、前記リボンが力を前記心臓の組織に働かせることができるように、且つ、前記リボンが前記心臓の組織に接することができるように構成されており、前記少なくとも1つのリボンが、前記フレームから延在しており、前記少なくとも1つのリボンが、前記後弁尖の一部分に係合するように構成されている、前記少なくとも1つのリボンと、
