Claims (3)
- 弁口環内送達システムであって、
細長い体部を含む経皮的送達カテーテルと、
可動式外鞘と、
第1端部から第2端部までの縦軸を持ち、弁尖支持部及び固定部を含む弁口環内インプラントであって、前記弁尖支持部は前記固定部から縦方向に少なくとも部分的にオフセットされており、前記弁口環内インプラントが第1半径方向に縮小された構成から第2半径方向に拡張された構成に転換されるように構成され、前記弁口環内インプラントが前記経皮的送達カテーテル内に第1半径方向に縮小された構成で格納されるように構成され、前記弁口環内インプラントの前記縦軸が弁輪内に配置された心臓弁の接合性縁に対して実質的に横方向に向くように前記弁口環内インプラントが前記弁輪内に方向付けられるように、前記弁口環内インプラントが前記心臓弁輪内にその第2半径方向に拡張された構成で配置されるように構成されており、前記弁口環内インプラントが弓状中央部を備えるバンドを備えており、前記弓状中央部は、前記心室の方向に凸状であり、且つ僧帽弁弁尖の閉鎖によって形成された接合縁部に亘って横断方向に延在しており、前記バンドは、前記弁口環内インプラントの第1端部における第1取付構造と、前記弁口環内インプラントの第2端部における第2取付構造と、を有し、前記第1取付構造及び前記第2取付構造は、フレーム及びメッシュ材料を備える、弁口環内インプラントと、
前記心臓弁輪内に前記弁口環内インプラントを配置するために、前記弁口環内インプラントに操作可能なように取り付けられた制御ワイヤと、
を含む、弁口環内送達システム。 - 前記弁口環内インプラントを前記弁輪の組織に取り付けるために、少なくとも1つの組織アンカーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
