Description
(1)ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 3〜15%、B2O3 18〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜1%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜7%を含有するガラス。
(2)ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 3〜12%、B2O3 20〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜6%を含有し、密度が2.28g/cm3以下、歪点が610℃以下、且つヤング率が66GPa以下であるガラス。
(3)ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 58〜70%、Al2O3 7〜20%、B2O3 18〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜1%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜6%を含有し、ヤング率が63GPa以下であるガラス。
(4) 密度が2.40g/cm3以下、30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が36×10−7/℃以下、歪点が610℃以下、且つヤング率が63GPa以下であるガラス。
(5) 密度が2.30g/cm3以下、30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が25〜36×10−7/℃、歪点が610℃以下、且つヤング率が63GPa以下であるガラス。
(6) 密度が2.30g/cm3以下、30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が25〜40×10−7/℃、歪点が610℃以下、且つヤング率が65GPa以下であるガラス。

Claims (10)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 58〜70%、Al2O3 0〜19%、B2O3 22〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 1〜10%、MgO 0.1〜10%を含有し、B2O3−Al2O3が3質量%以上であることを特徴とするガラス板。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 58〜70%、Al2O3 7〜19%、B2O3 22〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 1〜10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 58〜70%、Al2O3 0〜15%、B2O3 22〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.5%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 1〜8%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- B2O3−(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)が12質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- 質量比で(SrO+BaO)/(MgO+CaO)が1以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- 密度が2.40g/cm3以下、30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が25〜40×10−7/℃、且つヤング率が66GPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- 液相粘度が105.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法で成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- カバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のガラス板。
- イオン交換処理されていないことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載のガラス板。
