Claims (5)
- 高速フレーム溶射法によって、非酸化物セラミックス材料を基材上に衝突させて成膜する溶射皮膜の形成方法であって、
前記非酸化物セラミックス材料の平均粒子径は0.1〜5.0μmであり、
前記非酸化物セラミックス材料の粒度分布は、0.1μm以上、1.0μm未満の範囲、及び1.0μm以上、10.0μm未満の範囲のそれぞれに一以上のピークを有している溶射皮膜の形成方法。 - 前記非酸化物セラミックス材料における、粒径が0.1μm以上、10.0μm未満の範囲の材料に対する、粒径が1.0μm以上、10.0μm未満の範囲の材料の体積比は、60%以上である請求項1に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記非酸化物セラミックス材料は、溶媒に分散された懸濁液となってフレームに供給される請求項1又は2に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記懸濁液は、溶射ノズルの先端から噴射するフレームに供給される請求項3に記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
- 前記非酸化物セラミックス材料は、炭化物セラミックス、窒化物セラミックス、及び硼化物セラミックスからなる群より選択される一以上のセラミックスを含む材料からなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶射皮膜の形成方法。
