Description
本発明の第1実施形態について図1〜図7に基づいて説明する。本実施形態の凝縮器2は、図1の全体構成図に示す冷凍サイクル100に適用されている。この冷凍サイクル100は、室内の空調を行う空調装置において、室内へ送風される室内送風空気を冷却する機能を果たすものである。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図8および図9に基づいて説明する。本第2実施形態は、上記第1実施形態と比較して、切換部の構成が異なるものである。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図10〜図12に基づいて説明する。本第3実施形態は、上記第2実施形態と比較して、切換部の構成が異なるものである。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について図13〜図15に基づいて説明する。本第4実施形態は、上記第3実施形態と比較して、切換部の構成が異なるものである。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態について図16に基づいて説明する。本第5実施形態は、上記第1実施形態と比較して、凝縮器2の構成が異なるものである。
次に、本発明の第6実施形態について図17に基づいて説明する。本第6実施形態は、上記第1実施形態と比較して、冷凍サイクル100の構成が異なるものである。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、例えば以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (4)
- 冷凍サイクル(100)の圧縮機(1)から吐出された冷媒と空気とを熱交換させるコア部(23)を有する凝縮器(2)と、
前記凝縮器内の冷媒流路を切り換える切換部(7、7A、7B、7C、7D)とを備え、
前記切換部は、前記コア部の全領域に前記冷媒を流通させる第1冷媒流路と、前記圧縮機から吐出された前記冷媒を前記コア部の中間部に流入させることにより前記コア部の一部の領域に前記冷媒を流通させる第2冷媒流路とを切り換え、
前記切換部は、
前記第2冷媒流路の入口(59)を開閉する弁体(71)と、前記弁体に対して前記第2冷媒流路の入口を開く側に付勢する荷重をかける弾性部材(72)とを有するとともに、
大気圧(Po)と前記冷凍サイクルの高圧圧力(Ph)との圧力差が予め定めた基準圧力差以下となった際に、前記凝縮器内の冷媒流路を前記第2冷媒流路に切り換える差圧弁(7)で構成されており、
前記差圧弁は、前記弁体および前記弾性部材を内部に収容する円筒状の外筒(73)を有しており、
前記弁体は、円筒状に形成されており、
前記外筒は、前記凝縮器の外側に接合されており、
前記弁体は、大気圧(Po)と前記冷凍サイクルの高圧圧力(Ph)との圧力差に応じて、前記外筒の内部をスライドするように構成されており、
前記差圧弁は、大気圧と前記冷凍サイクルの高圧圧力との圧力差に応じて、前記第1冷媒流路の入口(58)および前記第2冷媒流路の入口(59)のいずれか一方を開放するとともに他方を閉塞するように構成されている車両用空調装置。 - 前記凝縮器は、
前記切換部が前記第2冷媒流路に切り換えた際に前記冷媒が流通する流通部(233、234)と、
前記切換部が前記第2冷媒流路に切り換えた際に前記冷媒が流通しない非流通部(231、232)と、
前記切換部が前記第2冷媒流路に切り換えた際に、前記流通部側から前記非流通部側への前記冷媒の流れを禁止する逆止弁(520)と、を備える請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記差圧弁は、前記凝縮器と一体に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- さらに、前記圧縮機から吐出された前記冷媒が循環し、前記冷媒と前記車室内へ送風される空気とを熱交換させて前記空気を冷却する蒸発器(4)と、
前記凝縮器から流出した前記冷媒と、前記蒸発器から流出した前記冷媒とを熱交換させる内部熱交換器(92)とを備える請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
