Claims (5)
- 皮膚にマイクロニードルを適用させるためのアプリケータであって、
一端が閉じられた筒形状を有し、弾性部材、及び前記弾性部材の付勢力を前記マイクロニードルに伝達するピストン板を収容する筐体であって、前記ピストン板が、対向し合う第1主面および第2主面を有し、前記弾性部材が前記ピストン板の前記第1主面側に位置し、前記マイクロニードルが前記ピストン板の前記第2主面に固定された、該筐体と、
前記筐体内において前記弾性部材の付勢力に抗した状態で係止された前記ピストン板を解除することで、前記ピストン板を前記筐体の軸方向に沿って前記筐体の開口へと移動させる解除手段と、
を備え、
前記筐体の外周面には、前記筐体の中心軸から離れるように隆起する庇部が設けられ、該庇部が、前記筐体の前記一端の側に位置する第1端と、前記筐体の前記開口の側に位置する第2端とを備え、
前記解除手段が係合部を備え、
前記ピストン板の係止を解除する前では前記係合部が前記庇部の前記第1端に接し、
前記解除手段が前記軸方向に沿って前記筐体側に移動することによって前記ピストン板の係止を解除する際に、前記係合部が前記軸方向に沿って移動して前記庇部の前記第2端に係合することで、前記解除手段が、前記開口の方向に向かう力を前記筐体に伝える、
アプリケータ。 - 前記ピストン板には孔が設けられ、
前記筐体には、前記孔に収まると共に前記軸方向に沿って突出する突出部が設けられる、
請求項1に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記解除手段が、前記ピストン板の係止を解除するための解除部分をさらに備え、
前記解除手段が前記軸方向に沿って移動する際に前記解除部分が前記ピストン板を回転させることにより、前記ピストン板の係止が解除される、
請求項1又は2に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記解除手段が前記筐体の周方向に沿って回転することによって、ロック状態とロック解除状態とが切り替わり、
前記ロック状態が、前記解除手段によって前記ピストン板の係止を解除不可能な状態であり、
前記ロック解除状態が、前記解除手段によって前記ピストン板の係止を解除可能な状態であり、
前記係合部が、前記ロック解除状態において、前記庇部の前記第1端に接することで前記庇部によって支持される、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。 - 前記筐体と前記解除手段とによって挟持される力伝達手段をさらに備え、
前記解除手段が前記ピストン板の係止を解除する際に、前記解除手段が前記力伝達手段を介して前記筐体を押圧する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアプリケータ。
