Claims (6)
- 空気を圧縮する圧縮機本体と、
冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンに取り付けられ、前記冷却ファンの吸込側と送出側である上方向とに開口したファンカバーと、
前記ファンカバーの送出側開口の上方に設けられ、排気口まで上下方向に延びた排気ダクトと、
前記排気口から前記冷却ファンが直視できないように前記上下方向に延びた前記排気ダクト内の前記冷却ファンと前記排気口との間に前記上下方向に対して傾斜して配置され、前記圧縮機本体で圧縮された空気と前記冷却ファンにより送出された空気とで熱交換する空冷式熱交換器と
をパッケージ内に備える、パッケージ型圧縮機。 - 前記ファンカバーの吸込側開口は、水平方向に開口しており、
前記パッケージは、前記吸込側開口を通して前記冷却ファンが直視できない高さ位置に冷却空気を導入するための吸気口を備えている、
請求項1に記載のパッケージ型圧縮機。 - 前記排気ダクト内において、前記排気口側である前記空冷式熱交換器の上側に、上下方向に設置された遮音板をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパッケージ型圧縮機。
- 前記遮音板は、前記空冷式熱交換器の通気方向に対して交差するように設置されている、請求項3に記載のパッケージ型圧縮機。
- 前記遮音板には、吸音材が貼り付けられている、請求項3または請求項4に記載のパッケージ型圧縮機。
- 前記空冷式熱交換器の下流側の排気ダクト内面には、吸音材が貼り付けられている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ型圧縮機。
