Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize for room heating by introducing into a package incorporating a fan, a heat exchanger and a pump, the waste heat of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: An air-cooled compressor 10 containing a compressor 12 driven by a motor 14, an oil separator 13, an oil cooler 15, an after-cooler 16 and a fan 17 is installed in a compressor room 19. Atmospheric air flows in through an opening 19a. Part thereof is discharged by a fan 21 after substituting for room air and the remainder is fed to a neighboring office room 20 for example via a duct 18 after cooling the variouns portions of the compressor 10. A waste-water utilizing device 9 incorporating a heated medium flowing heat-exchanger 4, a pump 5 and a fan is provided in the room 20. Water for example is heated by the heat-exchanger 4 for various purposes including compression, cooling and heat discharge, and waste heat is fed for room heating by a fan.
