PURPOSE: To effectively utilize compressor cooling air and cooler-separator cooling air for room heating.
CONSTITUTION: An air-cooled compressor 10 feeds the waste heat obtained by cooling a compressor 12 driven by a motor 14, and oil separator 13, an oil cooler 15 and an after-cooler 16 to a neighboring office room 23 for example via a duct 20 using a fan 17. A waste-heat utilizing device having a cooler 4 to be connected to an after- cooler 16 by an air piping 18, a cooler-separator 5 and a fan 2, is provided in the room 23. The waste heat obtained through cooling is released together with the room air having cooled the cooler 4 and cooler-separator 5 into the room 23 by a fan 2 via an opening 1c for room heating.
