Claims (9)
- 充放電できる複数の円筒形電池と、
前記複数の円筒形電池を水平方向の同一平面に配置する電池ホルダと、
前記電池ホルダに収納される前記円筒形電池と前記電池ホルダの上方で熱結合状態に密着してなる熱伝導性樹脂と、
を備え、
前記電池ホルダは、前記円筒形電池を配置する複数の保持溝を設けてなる底板と、
前記保持溝の間に、隣接する前記円筒形電池の間に配置してなる区画壁を有し、
前記区画壁は、前記保持溝に配置される前記円筒形電池の直径よりも低く、
前記区画壁の上方で、かつ、隣接する前記円筒形電池の間に前記熱伝導性樹脂が配置されて、前記熱伝導性樹脂が隣接する前記円筒形電池を連結してなり、
前記底板の周囲に前記円筒形電池の直径と同等の高さの周壁を立設させ、
前記周壁に開口された電極窓に前記円筒形電池の電極と接続するリード板を配置し、前記電極窓を閉塞することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載される電池パックであって、
前記保持溝が、前記円筒形電池の表面に沿う形状に成形されてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載される電池パックであって、
前記底板から前記区画壁の高さが、前記円筒形電池の直径の1/4以上であって3/4以下とすることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載される電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダを内側に配置してなる上方開口の底ケースと、
前記電池ホルダと前記底ケースの間に前記円筒形電池の保護回路を有する回路基板とを備えることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記熱伝導性樹脂は未硬化状態で非流動性のペースト状であり、隣接する前記円筒形電
池の間に配置され、前記円筒形電池の谷間に溜まり硬化することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載される電池パックであって、
前記熱伝導性樹脂が、シリコン系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂の何れかであることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項4に記載される電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダの上方開口部を被覆して、前記底ケースに連結してなる蓋ケースを備えており、
前記蓋ケースは、前記熱伝導性樹脂に熱結合状態に密着されて、前記底ケースの上方開口部を閉塞してなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項4に記載される電池パックであって、
前記熱伝導性樹脂が、溶融温度を120℃以上であって250℃以下とする熱可塑性樹脂からなる低温成形樹脂で、前記円筒形電池を定位置に配置してなる前記電池ホルダが前記低温成形樹脂にインサート成形して定位置に固定されて、前記低温成形樹脂が前記円筒形電池に熱結合状態に密着され、かつ前記熱伝導性樹脂が前記底ケースの上方開口部を閉塞する蓋ケースを構成してなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載される電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダが複数段に重ねられ、
前記熱伝導性樹脂が、上段の電池ホルダと下段の電池ホルダを熱結合状態に密着させることを特徴とする電池パック。
