Description
図1を用いて本実施形態に係る高電圧機器冷却システム10のシステム構成を説明する。図1は高電圧機器冷却システム10のシステム構成を簡略化して示す。高電圧機器冷却システム10は、HVAC14と、IPUファン50と、IPU52と、モータ64と、エアコンECU66(A/CECU66ともいう。)と、駆動系ECU68と、IPU冷却ECU70と、を備える。高電圧機器冷却システム10は、HVAC14とIPUファン50とを協調させてIPU52を冷却するものである。
図2を用いてIPU冷却ECU70の機能を説明する。IPU冷却ECU70は、判定部90と決定部100と制御部110として機能する。判定部90は、冷却判定部92、バッテリ判定部94、DC/DC判定部96として機能し、制御部110は、デューティ比演算部112、操作指示部114として機能する。また、IPU冷却ECU70は記憶部120を備える。
図4を用いて高電圧機器冷却システム10の動作を説明する。以下の動作は主としてIPU冷却ECU70により定期的に実行される。
高電圧機器冷却システム10は、モータ64により駆動する電動車両に設置されるIPU52(高電圧機器)と、空気を冷却するエバポレータ40(空気冷却部)を有するHVAC14(空調装置)と、HVAC14に空気を供給するブロアファン38(第1送風装置)と、IPU52に空気を供給するIPUファン50(第2送風装置)と、を備える。高電圧機器冷却システム10は、更にIPU冷却ECU70を備える。IPU冷却ECU70は、IPU52に対する送風方式の情報と、ブロアファン38の送風量の情報と、HVAC14により内気循環又は外気導入のいずれかが選択される選択情報と、HVAC14によりいずれかの送風モードが選択される選択情報と、IPU52に対して供給する送風量の情報と、に基づいて、IPUファン50の送風量を制御する制御部110を備える。
Claims (3)
- モータ(64)により駆動する電動車両に設置される高電圧機器(52)と、
空気を冷却する空気冷却部(40)を有する空調装置(14)と、
前記空調装置(14)に空気を供給する第1送風装置(38)と、
前記高電圧機器(52)に空気を供給する第2送風装置(50)と、
を備える電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)であって、
前記高電圧機器(52)に対する送風方式を示す送風情報と、前記第1送風装置(38)の送風量の情報と、前記空調装置(14)により内気循環又は外気導入のいずれかが選択される第1選択情報と、前記空調装置(14)によりいずれかの送風モードが選択される第2選択情報と、前記送風情報毎、前記第1選択情報毎、および、前記第2選択情報毎に設けられる前記第1送風装置(38)の送風量と前記第2送風装置(50)の送風量との対応関係を示すマップと、に基づいて、前記第2送風装置(50)の送風量を制御する制御部(110)を備える
ことを特徴とする電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)において、
前記第1送風装置(38)の電圧を検知する電圧センサ(84)を更に備え、
前記制御部(110)は、
前記電圧センサ(84)により検知された電圧を前記第1送風装置(38)の送風量とみなす
ことを特徴とする電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)において、
前記高電圧機器(52)に対する送風方式の前記送風情報は、前記空調装置(14)により冷却された空気の送風か、車室(12)内の空気の送風か、のいずれかである
ことを特徴とする電動車両の高電圧機器冷却システム(10)。
