Claims (3)
- 樹脂製の板状部材と、この板状部材の端面に固定される取付部材とを備え、
前記取付部材は嵌合受け部を有し、前記嵌合受け部に前記板状部材を嵌めて取り付ける取付構造であって、
前記板状部材の端面側に、該板状部材の内外面の少なくとも一方に切削加工面を設けることにより該板状部材を薄肉にした薄肉部が設けられ、
前記切削加工面は、前記薄肉部の厚さを一定に形成する平面部と、この平面部と非切削加工面とを連結する傾斜面部を有し、
前記薄肉部には、前記板状部材と板状調整部材との間の接着層により該板状調整部材が取り付けられており、
前記嵌合受け部を前記薄肉部と前記板状調整部材に外嵌したことを特徴とする取付構造。 - 前記板状調整部材は前記薄肉部の板厚に合わせて複数の厚さのものが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取付構造。
- 樹脂製の板状部材の端面に取付部材を取り付ける取付方法であって、
前記板状部材の端面側に機械加工による切削によって切削加工面を形成して該板状部材を薄肉にした薄肉部を形成すると共に、前記薄肉部の厚さを一定に形成する平面部と、この平面部と非切削加工面とを連結する傾斜面部を形成する工程と、
前記切削加工面に接着層により板状調整部材を取り付ける工程と、
前記板状部材の前記切削加工面と前記板状調整部材の重ね合わせ部分を、前記取付部材の嵌合受け部に嵌める工程を有することを特徴とする取付方法。
