Claims (3)
- ワイヤロープの長手方向の一部を全周にわたって包囲するように設けられ,上記ワイヤロープを長手方向に磁化する磁化手段,および上記磁化手段によって磁化される検査範囲のワイヤロープの断面積変化を検知する,上記ワイヤロープの長手方向の一部を全周にわたって包囲する環状のサーチコイルを備える可搬型の損傷検出装置を用いたワイヤロープの損傷検出方法であって,
上記ワイヤロープの所定長の検査範囲にわたって上記損傷検出装置を上記ワイヤロープ上で所定回数往復移動することによって上記検査範囲における磁化方向を揃え,
磁化方向を揃えた後に,上記サーチコイルから出力される信号を記録する,
ワイヤロープの損傷検出方法。 - 上記ワイヤロープの所定長の検査範囲の両端を上記損傷検出装置が超えるまで上記損傷検出装置を移動させる,
請求項1に記載のワイヤロープの損傷検出方法。 - 上記損傷検出装置を少なくとも3回往復移動させる,
