請求項4に記載の信号処理装置。 - ワイヤロープの長手方向の一部を全周にわたって包囲するように設けられ可搬型の損傷検出装置であって,上記ワイヤロープを長手方向に磁化する磁化手段,および上記磁化手段によって磁化される検査範囲のワイヤロープの断面積変化を検知するサーチコイルを備える可搬型の損傷検出装置の上記サーチコイルから出力される,上記ワイヤロープの断面積変化に応じた電圧信号の入力を電圧信号受付手段によって受付け,
受付けた電圧信号を変換手段によって磁束信号に変換し,変換した磁束信号を平滑化手段によって平滑化した平滑化磁束信号を算出し,
減算手段によって上記磁束信号から上記平滑化磁束信号を減算する,
信号処理方法。 - ワイヤロープが通される上記ワイヤロープの直径よりも大きい直径の円柱状の内部空間を有しており,上記ワイヤロープを長手方向に磁化する環状に配置された磁化手段,および上記磁化手段によって磁化される検査範囲のワイヤロープの断面積変化を検知する環状に設けられたサーチコイルを備える可搬型の損傷検出装置と,
上記可搬型損傷検出装置の両端部のそれぞれに等角度間隔に取り付けられ,両端部のそれぞれにおいてワイヤロープをその周囲の4方向から支持する回転可能な支持ローラを含む移動機構を備え,
上記可搬型損傷検出装置の両端部のそれぞれの上記支持ローラが,上記ワイヤロープの断面中心と上記内部空間の断面中心とを一致させるように取り付けられている,
移動機構を備える可搬型損傷検出装置。
