図1は、燃料噴射弁1の軸方向に平行する断面を示したものである。
図2Aは、パイプの改質装置の要部を示す縦断面図である。図2Bは、パイプの改質装置の要部を示す横断面図である。
図4は、パイプの回転軸を含む断面における改質部の形状を模式的に示したものである。
図5は、本実施形態において飽和磁化の評価に用いた試料振動型磁力計190(以下、VSM(=Vibration Sample Magnetometer)と称する。)の原理図である。
図3A及び3Bに示すように、パイプ2の内周面側202に変形抑制部材を嵌挿せずに、パイプ2をpの方向に回転し、純Ni材料で断面形状が中実の円形状のワイヤ181を、パイプ2の薄肉部23(図1に図示)に送給添加しながら、レーザビーム184をパイプ2の外周面及びワイヤ181に照射し、改質部185を形成した。レーザビーム184の出力を850W、パイプ2の回転速度を1500mm/min、ワイヤ181の送給速度を750mm/min、ワイヤ181の送給時間およびレーザビーム184の照射時間を1076msec、パイプ外周面用シールドガス186の流量を20L/min、パイプ内周面用シールドガス187の流量を10L/minに設定して改質を行った。
図3A及び3Bに示すように、パイプ2の内周面側202に変形抑制部材を嵌挿せずに、パイプ2をpの方向に回転し、純Ni材料で断面形状が中実の円形状のワイヤ181を、パイプ2の薄肉部23(図1に図示)に送給添加しながら、レーザビーム184をパイプ2の外周面及びワイヤ181に照射し、改質部185を形成した。レーザビーム184の出力を930W、パイプ2の回転速度を1500mm/min、ワイヤ181の送給速度を700mm/min、ワイヤ181の送給時間およびレーザビーム184の照射時間を1076msec、パイプ外周面用シールドガス186の流量を20L/min、パイプ内周面用シールドガス187の流量を10L/minに設定して改質を行った。
Claims (15)
- 15質量%以上18質量%以下のCrを含有する強磁性材料で形成されかつ局所的に弱磁性化された改質部を有するパイプと、
電磁コイルと、
弁体と、を含み、
前記改質部は、前記強磁性材料の成分にNi含有材料の成分が混合した構成であり、その外表面及び内表面が酸化されていない状態であり、
前記パイプの前記改質部の近傍における肉厚dに対する前記改質部の外周面側の最大変形量eの比であるe/dが0.5以下であり、かつ、前記パイプの肉厚dに対する前記改質部の内周面側への最大変形量cの比であるc/dが0.5以下であり、
前記パイプの内周面側の前記改質部の幅bに対する前記パイプの外周面側の前記改質部の幅aの比であるa/bが1.4以上であり、
前記改質部は、前記パイプの内周面側に変形抑制部材を嵌挿し、前記パイプの一部に前記Ni含有材料の供給又は付設をし、前記Ni含有材料の供給又は付設をした部位に外部よりレーザ照射、電子ビーム照射又は高周波誘導加熱により供給される熱を与えることにより形成したものであり、
前記熱の供給の際には、前記パイプの外表面及び内表面に同時にシールドガスを供給し、
前記シールドガスは、前記パイプの外側を覆う処理部シールド治具を使用して供給する、電磁弁。 - 前記パイプの内周面側の前記改質部の幅bに対する前記パイプの内周面側への最大変形量cの比であるc/bが0.025以下である、請求項1記載の電磁弁。
- 前記改質部の1.6×106A/mの印加磁場における飽和磁化値が0.6T未満である、請求項2記載の電磁弁。
- 前記改質部は、前記パイプの薄肉部に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記改質部は、前記パイプに環状に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記変形抑制部材は、中空である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 15質量%以上18質量%以下のCrを含有する強磁性材料で形成されかつ局所的に弱磁性化された改質部を有するパイプと、
電磁コイルと、
弁体と、を含む電磁弁を製造する方法であって、
前記パイプの内周面側に100℃における熱伝導率が30W/m・K以上である変形抑制部材を嵌挿する工程と、
前記パイプの一部にNi含有材料の供給又は付設をする工程と、
前記Ni含有材料の供給又は付設をした部位に外部より熱を与えることにより前記改質部を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記熱は、レーザ照射、電子ビーム照射又は高周波誘導加熱により供給し、その際、前記パイプの外表面及び内表面に同時にシールドガスを供給し、
前記シールドガスは、前記パイプの外側を覆う処理部シールド治具を使用して供給する、電磁弁の製造方法。 - 前記パイプは、前記変形抑制部材を回転軸として回転する、請求項7記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記Ni含有材料の供給又は付設をする部位は、前記パイプの外周面のうち、アンカとパイプコネクタとの接触面の近傍となる部分である、請求項7又は8に記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記Ni含有材料は、ワイヤ、粉末又は被膜である、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記ワイヤの断面形状は、円、楕円又は矩形であり、中実又は中空である、請求項10記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記ワイヤは、前記パイプの外周面の一部への巻き付け、又は、前記パイプの外周面の一部への連続送給により供給する、請求項10記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記粉末は、中実又は中空の粒子で構成されている、請求項10記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記被膜は、前記熱を与える前に、前記パイプの外周面の少なくとも一部に形成する、請求項10記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
- 前記変形抑制部材は、中空である、請求項7〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁の製造方法。
