Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の形式の、堅固な(fest)ハウジングを製造するための方法、すなわち堅固なハウジング、特に電磁作動式の弁に用いられる弁ハウジングであって、該ハウジングが少なくとも3つのゾーンを有しており、しかもそれぞれ2つの直接に連続するゾーンが、互いに異なる磁気特性を有している形式のハウジングを製造するための方法に関する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する、堅固なハウジングを製造するための本発明による方法、すなわち
a)磁性の材料もしくは磁化可能な材料から成る金属薄板ストリップを供給し、
b)該金属薄板ストリップの真ん中もしくは中間の範囲に添加剤を導入して溶融させることにより、該真ん中の範囲もしくは中間の範囲に磁化不可能な組織を形成し、
c)該金属薄板ストリップを所定の長さに切断して、所望の幅の金属薄板片を形成し、
d)該金属薄板片を変形させてスリーブ形状を形成し、
e)こうして互いに向かい合って位置してスリーブの長手方向に延びる切断縁を互いに固定して、スリーブブランクを形成し、
f)該スリーブブランクを、当該ハウジングの所望のジオメトリが達成されるまで最終加工する、
より成る方法ステップを実施することを特徴とする、堅固なハウジングを製造するための方法には、次のような利点がある。すなわち、磁気的な分離を有するハウジングが特に簡単かつ廉価に大規模シリーズ技術もしくは大量生産技術により信頼性良く製造可能となる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
図2〜図9につき、堅固なハウジングを製造するための本発明による方法の方法ステップを説明する前に、図1につき、本発明により製造されたハウジングのための可能となる使用製品として公知先行技術による燃料噴射弁を挙げて詳しく説明する。
Claims (14)
- 電磁作動式の弁に用いられる弁ハウジングであって、該弁ハウジング(66)が少なくとも3つのゾーンを有しており、しかもそれぞれ2つの直接に連続するゾーンが、互いに異なる磁気特性を有している形式の弁ハウジング(66)を製造するための方法において、
a)磁性の材料もしくは磁化可能な材料から成る金属薄板ストリップ(60)を供給し、
b)該金属薄板ストリップ(60)の真ん中もしくは中間の範囲に添加剤を導入して溶融させることにより、該真ん中の範囲もしくは中間の範囲に磁化不可能な組織を形成し、
c)該金属薄板ストリップ(60)を所定の長さに切断して、所望の幅(b)の金属薄板片(60´)を形成し、
d)該金属薄板片(60´)を変形させてスリーブ形状を形成し、
e)こうして互いに向かい合って位置してスリーブの長手方向に延びる切断縁(72)を互いに固定して、スリーブブランク(68)を形成し、
f)該スリーブブランク(68)を、当該弁ハウジング(66)の所望のジオメトリが達成されるまで最終加工する、
より成る方法ステップを実施することを特徴とする、電磁作動式の弁に用いられる弁ハウジングを製造するための方法。 - 金属薄板ストリップ(60)が、強磁性にかつ/または軟磁性に形成されているか、もしくはフェライト系またはマルテンサイト系の材料組織を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属薄板ストリップ(60)を、扁平に圧延されて所定の寸法に裁断された金属薄板区分として供給する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 添加剤としてニッケル、マンガン、炭素または窒素を単独でまたは組合せの形で金属薄板ストリップ(60)に導入する、請求項1または2または3記載の方法。
- 添加剤を線材(61)または粉末として供給する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 添加剤を、部分的なコーティングまたはローラ塗布により金属薄板ストリップ(60)に被着させる、請求項4記載の方法。
- 溶融を、レーザ溶接、電子ビーム溶接またはプラズマ溶接によって行う、請求項4または5または6記載の方法。
- 溶融後に、金属薄板ストリップ(60)の全厚さにわたり延びているか、または全厚さの一部にわたってのみ延びていて、磁化不可能なゾーンを形成する配合ゾーン(63)が生じるように前記溶融を行う、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
